FPS are not "better" on a console nor on a PC. But PCs are superior in controlling them. RTS games are as well. Both genres are just frustrating on controllers compared to the keyboard and mouse where they play so smoothly.Thompsonwhore

We are talking about video games. People are playing games on their cell phones and having fun.

It's all about money people. If kojima can make a big buck putting a game on the 360 guess what? He is putting a game on the 360.

People act like Kojima is some kind of idiot that is making games for fun, No he is making games to make money and feed his face.

the funny thing is that X1900 and 7900GTX r faster than Xenos if ur talking about : pixel fillrate , texture fillrate , mem bandwidth

but people get confuesed with xenos' 64 unified shaders ... umm , yean unified means pixel + vertex all together .. X1900 has 16 vertex shader , and 48 pixel , while 79900 has 24 vertex and 32 pixel i think ... so it was hard to comapre xenos with last gen GPUs in terms of shader performance, but X1900, 7900 still beats xenos in pixel, texture , and mem bandwidth.. but when G80s out ... pay back's a ....

The funny thing is that people are having fun playing Halo 3 beta, what are you playing on the PC that is so great or better? a old game like CS or UT2004?

FPS are best on whatever we are playing them on. PC gamers need to stop thinking they are playing the best version cause somebody is having just as much or more fun than they are on a console. If they can't handle somebody having more fun than them on a 360 then oh well!

C&C multiplayer don't even work right on the PC and it does for the 360, is the PC version better? nope

People are having a great time on XBL with and without HDTVs. Is one better than the other ? nope

People need to be grateful for what they have and stop acting like jackasses and say stuff like they have this better ot that better

where do i start...

 

1. by far the worst and most unreliable hardware with its rings of death and overheating problems.

2. Releasing the core unit with no hdd which could effect devs decisions to use it.

3. still no built in wifi for the elite and continues with major hardware faults *even after a year and more* come on.

4. still using dvd9's limiting work for devs.

5. MS milking everyone with there choices and should of released the elite at the beginning.

6. still has no games that equal the more life like animations that Drakes fortune uses. that includes walking through swaying and movable foliage and some of the most realistic jungle environments to this date.

7. still no 360 game that equals the draw distance and big environments seen in heavenly sword and lair.

8. Still needs to rely on the UE3 to make the 360 games look good. PS3 continues to use its own engines and art direction to show the PS3s true power.

9. Still continues with its more so trend of shootem ups and mindless storylines that require no real skill..with no proper art direction.

10. so damn loud.

Bah, let the lemmings wet themselves dreaming of MGS4. Maybe if they start lusting for it badly enough, they'll go out and buy a PS3 to play it when they realise it really is PS3 exlcusive. ^_^Timstuff
