Great telling of the Borderlands production story! I've heard snippets of it before, but this sitdown with it's included never-before-seen videos make this a great video to have watched, thanks!
So far on the Xbox One every policy reversal has been pro consumer, so yes, I'm favorable towards those. I would really like to see them establish a steam-like digital download service complete with heavy discounts though, and I don't see why they can't establish that still even while reversing their decision on allowing/disallowing used games.
@Huskers84 @Leboyo56 @Huskers84 Very true. From what I have read, this game pretty much mirrors the original, which is great for those like me looking for simply a high def remaster of the original, which is expensive and hard to obtain these days outside of ROMs.
He does raise some concerns about the way the game is not as responsive as the original, which would be a concern for me, but hard to verify outside of actually playing it myself. Still, the original voice acting and theme song bring such a smile to my face, it's hard not to be excited about this game becoming available again in the modern era.
It may not be the reimagined masterpiece Tom hoped it would be, which he wrote about in his article, but it certainly seems to push a lot of buttons long time fans enjoy, which is remastering the original with high def artwork and the original voice cast.
