@Nzilla Digital is fine if it's distributed in a DRM-free method like GoG and/or doesn't require a server authentication like Tages or Securom when you boot up. Just keep backup copies of the installer.
@Morphine_OD Agreed. There are many factors that go into a Kickstarter success story. Name recognition, trust in the developer, and the strength of the desire of consumers. A Police Quest sequel is certainly interesting, but not quite on the level of those aforementioned.
Finally a MMO with some new ideas. Destructible environments and enemy AI that doesn't involve respawning in one location and just standing there? This looks promising.
