As for the topic at hand, the Rampage III Formula is directed for only the most extreme overclockers and enthusiasts. Unless your friend is a hardcore bencher, or just adamant about getting the highest clocks possible on his processor, the Sabertooth X58 should be more than enough for his needs.

under 450 i will say 950 but the 930 clocks just as well.

i just hope you didn't get that WC kit because if you did not i would say go for the Swiftech Ultima+
