Here is a non biased view of Bioshock running on DX10 from someone over at Neogaf
Slightly crisper/cleaner textures. Slightly better water effects. Slightly better lighting. PC loading times seem to be a little longer. The current drivers don't allow AA, so the 360 version has a less jaggies at the same resolution. The driver update coming in a few hours may fix that, but we're not sure.
So in conclusion, PC version has better technical assets if you have the juice to run it well (recommended settings are pretty accurate). Xbox version looks very clean and runs stable - is a more than worthy alternative if you don't have a good PC.
so there you have it fanboys, 360 version has less jaggies, less loading times. PC version has cleaner textures, water effects, lighting. Let's kill this PC vs 360 argument as it's done, the games are great on both systems, now lets just wait for the review
where the 360 version will score higher :)
