Even people who bought Blue dragon will tell you it's pretty dull, I see no reason for the forums to explode at yet another bad review for this game. And sheep have a right to be upset, Metroid Prime Corruption is a sweet game,it deserved AAA.To say otherwise is just trying to stick up for a bad review.

People will cheer up when Gamespot get their act together.

Love the sarcasm in this topic, really shows how bad Gamespots reviews have got lately. It's almost painful to see the word AAA with PDZ and Wario beside it.

Just because Crysis looks nice doesn't mean it don't stink of ****, weak multiplayer and only 8 hours long. Stop hyping weak gameplay, Halo 3 beats it in every area that counts.

I no longer care what scores Gamespot give out as there new review system is ****, so I hope they flop Halo 3, Mario, MGS4, Crysis. I will still be buying them as I put no importance on there reviews anymore.

IGN and 1UP have said this game is better than the first Prime, that's enough for me, day one purchase. If you liked the previous games do you really need some nobody at Gamespot to tell you what's good?. This is classic Metroid, with amazing boss fights and a lengthy adventure, go buy it. Gamespot don't have a clue anymore.

Gamespot underscored Bioshock and Metroid Prime Corruption, FACT. The player review average, and the critic average on gamerankings puts this game around the 9.3 mark, maybe even higher. People who say this game isn't AAA are only fooling themselves, the rest of the world has spoken and this game is AAA.

Get over it.

All I can say is Welcome to PC game treatment, many of our classics have scored AA here instead of AAA but have been consider some of the best games ever in thier specific genre.

I have no sympathy for this, it was branded as "Not much more to it than previous installments" then it doesnt deserve AAA statues by default.

What are you rambling on about?, Metroid Prime scored 9.6, Corruption is just as good and scores 8.5, it makes no sense. And a game doesn't have to reinvent the wheel to be AAA, if that were true then only about 10 games in history would be AAA.

Remember when Gamespot got their Wii's?, the look on their faces when they were playing Wiisports were priceless, you could see then how lame they thought it was.

No wonder Wii games are scoring pretty badly here, they've hated the system from the minute they started playing it.
