I'm really trying hard to get excited for this but the gameplay i keep seeing is just okay, run of the mill, just nothing special...
Dunno, guess we'll see when it comes out this fall. If i hear alot of praising from gamers (not reviews from gaming websites since i don't trust them) I'll take a risk and pick it up and see if the game is as enjoyable as previews keep saying
A shame i never managed to play the first Dino Crisis, but i did play the second one and loved it alot, it was quit literally a Resident Evil game but with dinosaurs instead of zombies.
Dark Souls 2 was my first true Souls experience, in the past i only managed to play Demon's Souls and Dark Souls 1 for only about two hours which of course did no justice to those games.
After compleating Dark Souls 2 about three times now, even hiting 100% Achievements in the game which i almost never do i can safely say than the Souls games are amazing and it's becoming my favorite gaming franchise now, after i get bored of Dark Souls 2(got 110 hours so far) I'll pick up the first one and most likely compleat multiple times in a row too.
The souls franchise is such an amazing breath of fresh air, no stupid waypoints , maps, quest logs or any of that sort, you have to discover the world on your own by exploring and listening to the intresting stories from the unieuq cast of characters, i... it's so hard to describe my love for this game now and why it's so good, you just have to approach a Souls games differently than other games, it won't hold your hand and it won't reward you if you play it mindlessly like Skyrim or Fallout 3/New Vegas.
Everytime i see someone complain about a Souls games, it just shows the amount of damage main-stream games have done to gamers nowadays with their forgiving and easiy difficulty and constant hand holding
Not a very good list, where's ArmA 3 , StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm, Shadow Warrior and Company Of Heroes 2 ? Oh well, my vote goes for Metro Last Light, heck it's my favorite game of the year, the visuals are amazing, the game's atmosphere is stuning, the gameplay feels fantastic offering two play styles, go guns blazing rambo style or sneak thru the entire game and play it smart.
I just bought a new PC and when i saw this list it allready made me feel like i have an old PC.
Intel i5 4670k 3.4ghz , 760 GTX 2GB , 8GB DDR3 RAM 1600mhz, ASrock z87 extereme 4, Corsair TX650 my new PC. According to the requiremenets i should be able to run it on medium-high settings.
The requirements are a bit insane imo, games like Battlefield 4 and Arkham Origins which are games with also high fidelity graphics and large worlds need alot less power than Watch Dogs
