Hello,

I was thinking of buying the Wifi version or the 3g model with an 8gb card. I dont ever plan on signing up with At&t so I dont know if the extra $50 is worth it. what do you think?

Also I was wondering if I do buy the wifi version, which size do you recommend? I think I will probably buy a couple of psp games and put it the memory card. So I thought I would ask people that own them and see what size they feel meets their needs. I will not be putting any movies or music on it.

Thank you for any input.

Hello,

I was wondering if you can play Vita games on a PS3 without a PSP Vita?

I know you can corss platform the games. I just want to play the new Hots Shots golf game but I don't really want to spend the money on a vita when I have an Android Tablet.

Thanks

I own the old black 360 120gb and just bought the new 250gb kinect bundle.

What is the best way to transfer saved games from one 360 to the another?

I don't want to by a Microsoft 360 4gb memory stick just to move my saved games this one time.

Can I use a regular usb memory stick?

EA release and make some of the best games now, 2008 was a stellar year for them with great games like Tiger woods 09, Fifa 09, Dead Space, Mirrors edge. Red alert 3, Spore, the Sims 3, Burnout paradise, battlefield bad company, . Since Peter Moore joined the quality has gone up and up. People who hate EA now must also hate good games, and need to eat some serious crow because EA are a great company now for gamers.

Fact.

I still dont Like EA, you didnt change my mind at all. Why are you showing us a list of average games?

[QUOTE="lbhocky19"]the hdmi from cable box and 360 are they running into the reciever or the tv?ZOnikJJ

I have everything(Wii, 360, PS3, cable box) running into the TV and then a fiber optical cable running from the TV to the receiver.

Do you have only one optical-in port in your receiver? You should have at least two I'd imagine. Run the Xbox 360 with an optical cable directly to the receiver, and the HDMI still going to the TV. You'll most likely need this.

I am not at home, but I have the Elite System. I am using the Hdmi Cable it came with. is it the same cable?

THe reciever only has one optical in. Is there something you can buy where you have 3-4 optical cables go into one?

Thanks for your help

Do you have your PS3 hooked up directly to your receiver or are you trying to run all the sound from the TV to the receiver? When I had all the sound going from the TV to the receiver, nothing from the PS3 would play in surround sound, so I had to hook up the PS3 directly to the receiver. I also had to go to sound settings and enable Dolby Digital, DTS, etc. Hope that helps:)

I have everything going to the TV and then a digital audio cable going to the receiver. My problem is that I have a Wii, 360, PS3 and cable box. , SO I guess I have to pick one.

Can I run component cable to the receiver and Hdmi to the TV for 5.1 surround sound? There is no Hdmi in, only component.

Hello,

I just bought a Sony Lcd and a Sony Home Theater System and have a Comcast Motorola HD-DVR. I am not getting any surround sound from the 360 or the cable box unless I force it with an option to have the front L,R play out the same sound in the Rear R, Rear L. I am using a HDMI cable for the cable box and 360. My cable box on the HD channels have the Dobly Digital 2, 5.1, and other symbols – varies on channels. I also have a digital audio out cable running form the TV to the receiver. I will get surround sound from DVD's. I contacted Sony and this was the response they gave me below.

Dear MR ---------

Thank you for contacting Sony.

Discrete surround sound will only play on DVD movies; all other input will
only play on stereo surround sound.

We hope this information is useful to you.

Thank You,
Sony Consumer Support

I don't understand what they are saying.

Doesn't the 360 have 5.1 on games?

How come HD channels with the 5.1 symbol do not have surround sound?
