So let's say Modern Warfare 2 had an amazing plot, better graphics and a balanced multiplayer. Would COD have a better reputation among gamers today? Or would it have the same amount of haters?

It's a turn off. I don't blame them if they are built like that naturally, but if they purposely eat little just to be really thin then I just find it annoying.
