WHAT A GREAT PRODUCT. For hipsters. Seriously, all I need is a controller, console, and a TV. This is why I mostly play PC games these days. Less gimmicks and more getting straight to what's important. Given the general consensus allows the developer to do so.
Only thing I can agree with is "Poorly executed scripted events lead to unavoidable deaths." And I think "Excruciating overemphasis on mediocre set piece events" if he means what I think he means. Then again when these happened to me, the only thing I could think was "Oh... just like Dark Souls."
Other than that, this review, much like most, seems skewed by warped expectations.
P.S.(A.) Don't jump off a bridge just because someone told you to. Give your games a rent if you want to know how they are. I've seen way too many "4.5? WELL SO MUCH FOR MY LIFE /wrists" comments.
@aboghannam While I agree with you. Too Human is a whole different level of underrated from Dragon's Dogma. Reviews made Too Human sound completely unplayable. Most complaints about Dragon's Dogma are typical 2012 ADHD complaints.
