Not Halo 3, cartoony? ummm... Ratchet, although it does look beautiful, still, goes along your specifications "cartoony, and colorful"

Gameplay also makes the atmosphere.

I did not feel like I was in some freakish perturbed hell like I was in Condemned.

usmcjdk6

Oh god, the atmosphere was so much better in BioShock.

Hahahahaha.

No.

Are you kidding? I've played through condemed and Bioshock, and although Condemned did an amazing job on the atmosphere, Bioshock does it better. All the creaky sounds, the darkness, the shadows of the water and as the fish run through it, almost giving the impression of someone beinng in the same room. The distant screams, the voice and not knowing which direction they came from. All the extra little details they put in Bioshock make it an overall better atmospheric experience than condemned. I felt almost as if I were apart of Rapture while playing it.

I've learned, most people who find BioShock overrated are people who play it like a standard shooter. I EASILY spent 30+ hours my first playthrough. I'd just walk around, looking at posters, searching every corner of every room. If you allow yourself to be absorbed into the atmosphere in terms of gameplay AND story, I don't see how people can find many games that deliver the same experience.Son_Of_Synyster

my thoughts exactly, except my first playthrough was 25 hrs(around there), but if you search everything, you're going to be suprised by the optional things you find and all the cool little secrets.

Mine was either with Perfect Dark Zero, just because the textures amazed me, they actually had depth :o but otherwise, I'd have to go with the same moment on Oblivion. I had bought a new computer for this game, and wow, my jaw dropped when I saw the vast landscape, and grass and the trees slightly blowing in the breeze, with the deer running around, WOW.

Wow, you know what happens when you say stuff without facts, right?

considering your sig, avatar and user name I going on a hunch.

I am not saying I disprove on that discussion I just do not believe you have owned a PS3 before a 360...

I bought my PS3 on launch and it broke in the first week. I have 2 360s now and they have yet to break. I owned a PS3 but it was a waste of money, no AAA games, sub-par online, the HD isn't as good, and the controller isn't that good. This is why I sold it and got another 360.

I'm callin BS on this one....

It looks like you're a photographer in the game. Looks interesting, waiting for more info on it though.

Buy a PS3 and then latera cheaper graphics card. Even some 256mb ones do the job quite well. I still use the 7600GT and its outstanding.nicenator

Agreed, I've had that card for about 5 months now on my secondary computer(one I've got in my room), I was amazed at the performance boost i got from it. Of course, I've got an 8800 in the computer I am using right now, and I gotta say, it's one amazing video card. Now, the PS3 you won't have to upgrade and spend all that extra money, and you can just go out and buy some games. With an 8800, you have to go through a lot of compatibility things, and make sure your computer can run the baby before you do anything, and may need upgrades with it. If you're lookin for ease and just wanna play, go for the PS3, buutt if you love playin PC games, get the 8800GTX.

I own 2000.00 dollar pc I still lagging in bf 2B-boy

Most likely your internet connection, and if it's not that, than BS. If you spend $2000 on a gaming rig and can't run BF2 on high without a problem, then you got jipped.
