They had to upgrade the graphics cards, processors, and hard drives? Only the Xbox had a hard drive last gen, so it's not like it will be any different.

And you don't think gameplay got better from Xbox to Xbox360? Wow I would strongly disagree with you on that one, the AI and so much more got better.

And if you do agree that gameplay got better than I guess you could see that I'm saying it will do the same for the next console

I dont see anywhere in my post where i said that xbox and xbox 360 were not different... Did you notice the difference in price? You can get HUGE xbox 360 hard drives RIGHT NOW and they do nothing but increase the cost of the console. Gameplay and graphics are both great this console i dont have any complaints and I am in no hurry to spend another 400-500 dollars on a console and crappy launch titles ( most gens they are bad). Halo reach, new vegas, fable 3, black ops, assassins creed brotherhood just this year alone. If they launched another system it would be years before we would ever see games even close to them because game publishers would have to make new graphics engines that are better than xbox 360s and work around the new systems software capabilites.

Agreed, the unavoidable topic in treads like this, re-release Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2. Sony did a God of War 1 and 2 double pack for the PS3, so can't we at least get a Halo double-pack for the 360?

Doesn't matter if they decide to do the Fall of Reach now, what's to stop them from pulling the plug like they did on their first try?

I'm looking into a good headset, and something I can use as headphones while I'm playing the game single player, and was wanting to know if the x31 had to be plugged into the TV as well as the Xbox. Also, would I be better to just save up my money and go for the x41? And does it have to be plugged into the tv?
