Call of Duty had better graphics, was more realistic, had better multiplayer, AND came out a year before Bad Company. BFBC just doesn't hold up to Cod4.

Do you honestly think CoD was realistic? most of it is just you running in shooting like a maniac then regenerating your health. Not that i am saying it isin't realistic, but with Bad Company it's not if you see him first he's dead first, its much more skilled than that. I have noticed its much harder to aim in BC than CoD. You could just spray in the direction of the enemy and hit them. If you spray in BC, you willl die.

I have been lured by the temptress of CoD a lot in my life...I have clocked over 10days on it. I've been out of that game for quite a while so i don't know if thats a lot anymore but at the time it was quite a bit. Anyway, i have been playing a lot of BF:BC recently, and have relaised a few things.

1. Is how much more realistic it is compared to CoD

2. Destructable sceneary is absolutely brilliant.

3. Vehicles in a game add's variety.

Another thing i have noticed is that there isin't one gun which is the mother of all guns. in CoD the M16 is considered mega powerful, but there isin't any guns like that in BC.

Anyway what do you guys prefer?

Yes, i couldn't agree with you more. One of the best games i have played this gen and its the type of game you wish you could blank from your memory and play all over again.

Probably a variant of SecuROM, so nobody wants to hack a PS3 game anyway. Also, hackers are mainly from countries where money is used more importantly for food and drink, rather than games, so the Cheapest console to buy is the best. This is also why there is a lot of effort put into 360 and Wii.

i voted for at any price, because even if it does become ridiculously expensive, atleast we were savour and appreciate the game more. And i would probably stop buying games when they started throwing in jars of anthrax with every purchase.

Yep, same here. Most my time has gone into Xbox 360. Its nothing against the PS3, its a great console. I just find myself buying multiplats on xbox rather than ps3. I have been playing Tekken 5 and BFBC on it recently though.

A high number of combos doesn't mean much when you'll only be using a couple to string juggles which imo isn't a very good mark for a fighter. The combos in street fighter are also a lot more harder to pull off (and i don't mean ultra combos and super combos, those are easy). Street Fighter is about mind games, perfect execution and zoning. Tekken also has zoning but not to the degree that street fighter has. Also tekken has become much more juggle orientated. Personally i don't think that takes as much skill, since you are learning to execute a combo without any risk once you've executed the launcher. In street fighter you need to read your oppenent and make sure you don't mess up a combo otherwise you can get punished very badly.

Take this into account. Many of my friends find it easy to get into tekken, while a lot of them complain about the difficulty of Street Fighter.

I see what you are saying, and it seems like you know a great deal about both. But its learning the button combinations, then stringing them together is what makes it that much more technical. You can learn all of a characters moves in Street Fighter in about an hour. However i agree that once you have a started and landed a combo, its pretty normal that combo will follow through and cause a great deal of damage.
