Did you say "impressed" with the visuals? They were awful! And it's a complete god of war ripoff, in every sense of the word right down the the control schememgkennedy5
The cut-scene's were very impressive...Wouldn't you agree with that?
I was just after playing the demo, too. I was seriously shocked at how bad the game looked. It got better looking when it started going into the underworld, but the cemetery level for example was horrific looking. I also hated the fact that you had to bash circle to get health. It sucked.aaronmullan
Indeed. I have never encountered a game where you had to mash a button to get health. Extremely pointless. Like motion controls in Ratchet and Clank ;)
Just played the demo, not sure when it came out i am probably late to the party. Very impressed with the visuals, just seems like another god of war knock-off though. Still really fun though, i guess there isin't much you can add to the hack'n'slash genere. I especially hate the quick time events. You want to be focussing on the finishing move, but you can't because you have to get the right button sequence. I find them incredibly annoying.
What were your thoughts about the demo, and how do you see the finsished product turning out?
Doesn't effect me. They could be destroying the planet for all i care. the game is absolutely amazing. I have it on both xbox and ps3 and it just never gets boring.
Still you are in group of high risk, better take care your 360 nicely ;)

I took amazingly good care of my xbox 360, yet recently it got the rrod. and no, i am not a fanboy trying to bash the xbox 360, the xbox is my choice of console. I really thought that it would never happen to me.
The original design on the 360 was destined to fail. It can only be described as absolutely pathetic, however it seems MS has fixed the problem. I've not had any issues since they upgraded the console.
I got the elite at the end of 2007. so it lasted nearly two years. It SHOULD last a lifetime. My PS2 still works, and i got that on release.
[QUOTE="SpiritOfFire117"]Glad I still have my Oct 2005 360 after all these years. 8)ShadowriverUB

Did you really feel the need to post a complete thread about this, right after you posted in the topic about the PS3 destorying the Xbox 360 in sales? It's just so unnecessary.
I didnt buy it. In my opinion it is turning out like Halo. I mean dual weilding? In a battlefield situation? I'm sorry, but no.
hot114
dualwielding is a gimmick at best, you are not able to aim your gun AT ALL only hipfire, its just a (stylish) alternative to the shotgun. The game has a few unbalancing aspects but dual-wielding is definitely not one of them.
After playing BF:BC, it's just the better game imo...comparing that to CoD4 i don't see MW2 being too different. BC More realistic, less nooby, and more fun. That's another way its turning out like Halo, the HUGE following it's getting and the blind fan's who would buy MW3 even if it was a golf game...
