Wrong. The Kinect needs to be on while playing games. It can be in a powered down state, but it is still on. It can't be unplugged from the system at any time while in use due to the fact that MS built the wireless controller sensor into the Kinect (for some reason...)
It is always on and always recording you to better target ads at you. Even while "off" you cannot ever unplug it, and it is still "always listening to certain commands." MS is also one of the companies that gave data to the NSA on their customers. What does 1+1 equal?
If you pay attention, it is obvious the MS is catering more towards everything but games. It is a cable box/business PC... it just happens to have games. This is obvious by the fact that indie developers are abandoning MS in droves that they care little for gaming this generation.
Yeah it is. Atlus is fine. Just the company that owns them is floating down shits creek without a paddle. They are barely effected because 1) they are one of the few companies Index owns that makes money, and 2) they are completely detached from the upper management flubs that screwed Index. They continuing like usual means that they are going to be a big selling chip that will get A LOT of money if Index needs to sell them off.
Actually, no. Atlus is owned by Index. It is their PARENT company. Anybody can buy Atlus since that is just one branch under Index's corporate umbrella. It is a small company under a larger one. That is all. Think of it like EA owning a bunch of different developers. They can sell them at any time if they so wished to anyone that wanted them.
