Yeah, I agree with him with the principle of what he is saying... however, Nintendo has been running on the successes of the same old same old formula forever. I would like Nintendo to also try to not make games that "feel the same."

Hey, if you like being treated like a criminal, that is your business. If you want to support a system where you no longer TRULY own the product you just spent money on, that is your business. If you like being overly restricted by a system that has absolutely NO benefit over PC gaming (which was the whole point of the console market in the first place) then that is your business. I, and many others though don't like the needless restrictions that treats us like criminals.

Also, the reason used Gamecube gems are super expensive now is because nobody wants to part with the games and they are hard to find. Wonder why that is................. <.<

THANK YOU! Jeez, to think Nintendo can say what needs to be said clearer than any one. Hear that AAA developers? Take notes.

Not really. Bethesda keeps a smaller team and their games are some of the most popular and graphically appealing. The only thing that would get cut is wasted dollars.

Actually it is the bigger games with the bigger budgets that struggle. The smaller games are fine.

Activision cuts corners all the time when they make their CoD games. They keep development costs low and get high revenue. They do not balloon out like EA and their Battlefield series does in budget. Capcome is NEVER known for putting loads and loads of money into game development either, especially compared to most AAA studios, Dead Rising was never a graphical superiority or needed to sell 5+ Million unit in order to make up all the costs of development to make money.

No. More money for them means they can stick around and take new risks with new games if they so choose. They do not need to quadruple their budgets at all to be successful. That is retarded business sense and it would serve them right if they fail.

"Expect high costs?" Sorry, but, no. Bigger is NOT always better. This gen has proven that over and over and over again.
