two of my friends have really nice desktops that are well built because both are programmers but both said that they doubt if their machines will run crysis at max settings
ok man, i spend $1300 - $1400 in my new pc, i order the parts on internet and got, intel 6600 duo cores + 2gb crossair +invidia 680 sli motherboard,+ 500gb harddrive+ powrsuplly of 800w= $1300

self owned. the cell has 8 cores against intel's 4 cores.
EDIT: and the cell has a memory pool for every SPU (256k of memory) and can go up to 4GHz.
