Rightclick and view them fullsize then... :?

I've saved a few of these Uncharted screenshots as I can't quite believe they look so bad. They are 720p format which is the format the game runs in I believe.

They look ok if you make them small, but maximise them to actually fill the screen as you would in a game and they look horrific. Incredibly jagged and grainy. I knew the difference between PC graphics and console graphics was large, but this is a joke. I can't believe this game is supposed to be one of the best graphical offerings on the consoles. At the proper size it looks like a game from the 90s.

I guess that is why when gamespot do a graphical comparison between the platforms they always use tiny little screenshots. When the screenshots are actually full screen the disparity between PC and consoles is comical.

Battlefield 3 looks crap. I don't know how anyone can even say it looks like graphics king. Feel free to post these amazing screens of it. Crysis 2 and Metro 2033 in DX9 look better.

Console version still looks fantastic, even compared to the PC version. Ofcourse unless you stare at the guys helmet instead of shooting down jets.

Yet the PS3 pic I posted looks pretty much identical to yours, except for a more jagged helmet. :? I've played BF3 maxed out, I've done the tank level, Uncharted 3s sand village looks better. :? BF3 has the most overrated graphics ever. IT'S ALL BLOOM. Uncharted 3 doesn't use bloom, it relies on great textures and design.

Not sure what he's smoking.

Even the most impressive console games don't run in 1080p, have lower amounts of AF and run at lower framerates than those games.

Plus those 2 games just have more detail and effects.

I've played Witcher 2 maxed out with ubersampling. I've banged Trish in the Elven Bathes, I've wandered around Vergen, I've watched a Dragon dream, but Uncharted 3 WOWED me more than Witcher 2 did. Just because it's textures and resolution are lower res, doesn't mean console games look bad.
