[QUOTE="fabz_95"]I assume you're talking about the homepage since that's the only page that has a background in the form of an advert for me. If so then that's a good idea, GS have several adverts that appear from time to time and being able to switch them around would be a nice idea. This might not be possible however since companies paying for those adverts may find their adverts are being unseen as people are switching their backgrounds to the more appealing adverts.

Yeah I'm talking about home page, but it should be possible to extend this to all the pages you browse. I know the will likely choose not to do this, but I can think of several ways around adverts not being seen- eg. a preview of new backgrounds in a window in some sort of a sidebar.

I just thought of an idea that would IMHO make the site more appealing for browsing.

The site background is almost always themed by a game or a sponsor commercial and I sometimes repeatedly try to refresh the page so I get a background that soothes me at that moment. Here's where my idea comes into place:

It would be very nice to have a button to switch to some of the possible site backgrounds, and an option to keep this background until it expires (the site removes it for another).

This would make browsing the site much more pleasurable if I can set the mood myself instead one being forced upon me.

Thanks for bearing with me.

Cheers!

Pete

What is your reason for downgrading? At this point in time only upgrading to Win 7 is a positive course of action. Your hardware will certainly work with XP, but some games won't. I still advise against it.

Do you intend on going SLI?

If not 650 to 750 Watt is more than enough, if yes, you need 750 to 1000Watt PSU.

Corsair & Cooler Master I can recommend. Be sure to check out the reviews for the ones that catch you eye.

For your current rig, my choice would be one of these:

[QUOTE="couly"]Well all I know is that I better finish them before Mafia 2 comes out.Baranga

You won't finish JC2. I mean, you can finish the main story missions in 6-7 hours, but exploring the world and the secondary missions... No way bro. I played it for 45 hours and I'm at 33% completion.

For me it's now mercenary mode (main questline completed); Gameplay 121:37 hrs; Completion 96.42%
