I don't know if this has already been mentioned but... About #2, If you only moderate people who make jokingly personal attacks when the person who was attacks reports the offender, it could cause problems. if I say "You're such an ass :P " or something like that to someone, and I subsequently get moderated, I will KNOW it was that person that reported me. This could lead to grudges, etc. Just sayin'.
I think abortion is the most selfish act a human can commit. Whether you consider it murder or not, in most cases, the mother is prevented another human being from ever living in order to accommodate her own life. That to me is unacceptable.
