I had honestly forgotten that I didn't become "official" as a member of the site until later. I was more a reader than a commenter those first few years.

I don't read the Tom's Hardware slideshow lists, either. You're right, it's a total cheap cash grab by way of increased ads. Quickest way to get me to click off.

If we're getting into history, my first gaming system was an Atari 2600, then the NES, then the Genesis, then N64, Dreamcast, PS2, Xbox, Gamecube, Xbox 360, PS3, Xbox One, PS4, Switch. So.. why judge me?

Have you seen 4K bluray? By your response, I think maybe not. It's.. incredible.

I'm waiting on the price drop and/or $100 gift card sale that will no doubt happen at some point in the next 3-6 months.

Until then, i will be happy with my PS4 and X1S on my beautiful new 4K 65". Streaming and 4K disk already look incredible. Once I get the X, gaming will look just as incredible. I both can wait and can't wait.
