The PSP version hurt my soul. The controls for the Monster Hunters games are very consistent though. CONSISTENTLY BAD! *Ba dun dun tss* (The onomatopoeia for cymbals is hard....)

But seriously, Monster Hunter is pretty bad,I agree

I waved goodbye to that franchise after I played GT3 on the PS2. And I didn't even buy that. It came with the system free. GT = SNORE!

You obviously weren't here for the Kameo hype.thriteenthmonke

Someone hyped Kameo as a Zelda killer!? BWAHAHAHA.

Zelda is a pretty unique franchise, there has never been a "Zelda Killer" because there have been few games comparable to it. At least as far as I've seen.

Hehe Kameo..... classic. *wipes tears from eye*

I thought the deal was that Sony let Rockstar makes the mega bucks by making GTA multiplat from now on, and Sony gets two other exclusive series. Was that not the deal?

And why would OXM have an article about a Sony exclusive..... and how did the guy who wrote this get information from a magazine article fromone month inthe future?

WHAT IS GOING ON!?

NO! NO! You will not start this up again! NO! Take everything you have to say about Killzone 2 and just put it in your pocket and save it for after release. I WILL HEAR NONE OF THIS!

[QUOTE="peacebringer"][QUOTE="jmorey01"]Story is almost half the reason why I play games.squirrel337

once again i'm not saying thats bad, it's like a duble edge sword, sure it's good while it's last but can you really get absorbed in the story the second time? can you really be shocked Sephitroth killed that girl the second play thru? thats my point.

Have you ever seen a movie twice?

I've watched "The Pianist" 5 times, "V for Vendetta" 3 times, "Fight Club" like.......7 times, and "The Godfather" Trilogy twice. (Also, I read the book "Fight Club" before I ever saw the movie.)

No one game validates buying a console IMO. Look at the 360 library and if you see other games that interest you in addition to Halo 3 then by all means go ahead and trade PS3 for 360, but don't jump ships for one title.

I've found that on the longer games I have to play through them around 3 times before I "fully understand" the story. A compelling story is probably my #1 motivation for buying a game. Hell Indego Prophecy is one of my favourite games and it pretty much all story. (The gameplay is pretty simple). The main reason I bought Halo 3 was to see how the story ended. I love a good story.

Jeeze back when Haze was first announced these guys were proclaiming their love and undying devotion for the PS3. Now they want to mac out on the PC? I wonder if this will be a continuing trend. Maybe by February they will "really want to explore the Wii's potential".
