First of all. congrats on having your pc running through hdmi right now...I am very happy for you and I was really hoping that you would be kind enough to share that info with me.

So let me get this straight: To get the set up that you described, I would have to update my pc to fit the latest specs...probably costing me more than a 360. I would have to buy a 360 gamepad...that I could already use with a 360. I'd have to buyan adapterto hook up my pc up to my tv.....Do you see where I'm going with all of this? Why wouldn't I just get a 360? It comes with a 360 gamepad. It costs less than a gaming pc. It doesn't need any extra adapters. It gives me 1080p...which is pretty beautiful already. And on top of ALL of that...I could get Gears a half a year ago instead of still waiting for it. Hell...pc just got Halo 2...and it's not evne as good as the xbox version. Why spend all that money for inferior and heavily delayed versions?

But yeah,afriend of mineused to hook his PC up to his TV all the time for High Def goodness. Shame hewasted it to playing WoW though. I'm not sure if thats helpful... or even applies here. The massive quote walls throw me off sometimes........

So far I'm regretting buying my Wii. Legend of Zelda was fun for a while and SuperPaper Mario was a crushing dissapointment. Wii has sunk to a very low standing in my books. I think the Wii is the console thats in need of a little catching up.

Anyways, that article was crap. Just byhowthe first paragraph was worded you can tell this guy has a grudge against the PS3, and puts little effort into remaining/appearing objective in his duties. The guy must have flunked journalism.
