I've been stoked for Army of Two since like........ last summer..... or whenever the first Xbox Marketplace vidoe was released. At any rate I can't wait to fire it up with my buddy and wage some serious two-man warfare.
Some people lose their minds over it and I don't know why they take it so seriously. Even compared to ther FPS gamers, Halo 2 players get way to into it. I think it's where the game is so easy compared to others FPS they think they're hot crap cause they can pop a few heads. And that arrogance breeds bad attitudes all around.
It's not really a christian chorus. Marty O'Donnell describe it more of a monks chant. But anyways.... I'm don't know why they went with the chant. I like it though. It really sets up a somber feeling. Plus it really went with the religious under currents of the game. The Covenants Crusade for the divine bayond. The Demon that is Master Chief. 'Halo'..... I dunno. It just really fits.
Sounds like it would be a free pass to go kick Jack Thomson in the balls. But seriously I think that the consoles contribution to the research is minimal compared to what the scientists and researchers are doing. The headlines would be more like: "Some guy/misses in a lab coat cures cancer............. PS3 watched.... and held the flashlight."
Can't wait to see what the new gameplay modes are all about. Plus the increased ping on the hidden orbs will make finding the last 45 a bit easier. I can't wait to play around with all the new bells and whistles. I'm a little sad that there was no mention of 4 player co-op as was rumored, but hey....... I'll take what they give me where Crackdown is concerned.
Army of Two could replace you in a second! if I wiped you off the face of the earth and put Army of Two in your place, your parents and friends would thank me!
