GTA IV has the best graphics, cause there is so much detail and lloks so realisitc, but i think that red dead redemption will have the best graphics ever, rockstar said that the table tennis and gta were just warm ups, and the full power of the engine will be unleashed in red dead redemption. OMG!! WTF will that look like ?

In the RPG department I would recommend Lost Odyssey, Tales of Vesperia, Fallout 3, and Oblivion. Tales of Vesperia is the only one with cute graphics though haha. And for racing Forza 2 is pretty good.
