Sounds like the prevrious owner did something he shouldn't have and didn't tell you about it. He probably installed something illegal and out of bounds of the contract so any support from Sony is a no go. I'm pretty sure there is no way to reverse Sony's decision.

[QUOTE="Pvt_r3d"]) Upgrade parts: Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116504

Gigabyte motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128590

Nvidia 770 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130921mastershake575

Ivy bridge processors (3000 series) don't work on Z87 motherboards (you need to swtich the processor to a i5 4670K).

The video card is great but if your cutting it close on cash then the sapphire 7970 boost might be a better value (its $100 cheaper and performs only 5-9% slower). Last time I checked it was only $300 after rebate

Oh, I didn't even notice. Thanks for that spot.

Oh and another thing, A BF3 patch competely ruined the 1911! I used to love that gun but they toned down the accuracy :(. Well, at least BC2's 1911 is still decent.

I'd have to buy an aftermarket cpu cooler if I use that processor though. I tend to stick with Gigabyte motherboards because I'm too afraid that trying another brand would lead to a lot of doas, loose pins or faulty usb outlets. I Edited some changes to my list of planned upgrades.

My CPU fell on my GPU but luckily didn't knock it loose. The bracket could somewhat be repaired but not without some reapplication of thermal paste. Though I feel that this is a good time as any to upgrade. The parts I really want to upgrade is the mobo, cpu, and gpu. I understand that I can't transfer any data from my current hard drive over to a new mobo, at least not without problems. So that is going to be a hassle to format the drives but recover some game data. The upgrades I plan on getting totals to around $700 with a new OS install since I was using the system builders package. Will the upgrade improve performace substantially and last at least 2 years? Previous parts: Phenom II X4 965 Gigabyte mobo (specifics don't really matter) Nvidia GTX 470 (feels like I just installed this card yesterday) Upgrade parts: Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116504 Gigabyte motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128590 Nvidia 770 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130921

It's not worse, it's a different experience but in some ways better than BF3. For one, hitboxes are not much of a problem in BC2, and in my opinion the infantry game is better in Bad Company 2. Obviously if you want to play in vehicles all the time then stick with BF3. If you get sick of the time period in Bad Company 2 you can switch over the Battlefield Vietnam which is I believe included. So it depends on what type of player you are in the BF universe. Do you like tight, well constructed infantry maps with few vehicles? As well as tight infantry combat and weapon balance? Then play Bad Company 2 If you like huge maps with plenty of vehicles and a not perfect ground based infantry combat then BF3 is your game.

It takes a long time to review JRPGs. I imagine that some of the reviews that came out real early were from people who haven't finished the game.

Well, what do you want and for which digital service provider? If no one else answers then you can just take them all.

I was only interested in The Sims 3. I have already played everything else so I'm just going to give away one game key for each person interested. Sorry if this is the wrong place to put this post. Humble Bundle let's me choose if I want the key for Steam or Origin. Be sure to let me know which you want it for. Not sure if the key changes depending on digital service. All keys are gone. You can lock this mods if it shows up in the front page again.
