To ground yourself do you need to keep your hand on the side of the case as much as you can or just touch it once?

Thanks for the build there. Is the site trustworthy for pc components? And would you reccommend a grounding cable?

(After looking around this site I don't think I will go back to them other pcs.

From noticing your post edit what do you advise to get for my budget?

From my research the both have 500w PSUs. But doesnt the second PC have a quad core i5 cpu? Since its a 2300

I have my eyes sighted on two Pcs that are around my budget but which is the best out of the two.

Skyrim. Case closed

I can play Oblivion on High on my PC. So im guessing it will be hard for me to play Skyrim considering oblivion is about 5 years old

The Wii-U Is a great innovation in gaming as its gone back more to its proper gaming roots but has added a screen which really lights up the possibilitys of the Wii-U. I really cant wait to see what it has to offer.
