Viva Pinata was the one game that my girlfriend actually took over the 360 to play. I would come home from work and she would hardly even look up to say hi. I got a taste of my own medicine I think.
What a joke. I don't see how microsoft is responsible for this guys kid. He should have noticed the charge on there for the first year. I get so sick of hearing about sue happy people.
If Bioshock and Halo were let downs to you I would maybe rethink gaming as a hobby. Bioshock was such an amazing experience. Granted it's a FPS at its core but what were you expecting? I am overwhelmed right now with quality titles that I want to play on my 360 and soon my Wii with Fire Emblem and Mario coming out. I think that if you enjoying playing video games there is something you would want to play this holiday season.
It sounds like maybe a problem with your internet speed. It may not be able to find a match that will run smoothly for you. I know it's not the game. I play on a 360 not a PS3 but I have put in about 12 hours online now and have not had a single problem finding a game.
I personally can't see how someone can like playing online shooters and not see how much Halo offers you. I think a lot of people just like to think they are being differen't and hip to bash such a popular game. The sales numbers speak for Halo. People love the game and will continue making it the number one played game on Xbox Live.
i use the "dont play" strategy. i play shadowrun cod4 and gears instead. i also used the "sell the game to gamestop" halo 3 strategy and got $35 for it. So, to get the "triple kill":
1) stop playing halo 3 and warn others its overhyped
2) sell halo 3 to gamestop for $35
3) buy one of the aforementioned multiplayer shooters.

You play Showdowrun....man I can see Gears or COD4 but Shadowrun? And to pay $60 then turn around and get $35 back. This is not advice you should be giving out. Matter of fact I wouldn't tell anybody about that.
