Another AAA score wasted on a ok game at best

So does any one else notice that after about a half hour or so of playing your 360 gets super hot on the bottom? (horizontal)

I'm wondering if vertical really is the better way to go? But then a lot of people say that vertically the 360 scratches games sometimes.....WTH? So what do the majority of you guys keep it at, vertical or horizontal? 

I'm on my 7th console, treat it excellent as I have all of them, its got MORE than enough ventilation, in 20 years of gaming this is the only console that constantly worries me especially with the heat issues. SO I'm curious about wether placment has something to with them crashing and breaking down. When I felt how hot it got it really worried me, especially since I have been having a few freezing issues lately. I dont want to have to have a #8:(

So what position do you guys keep them in? ANd honestly as much as I am against the inter-cooler.....shoiuld I maybe pick up one? I used to have one but garbaged it when my launch console went bad. 

While any one any age can be an A-hole children are the worst. there are a few exceptions but not many. I have given up on any ranked matches or matches with random peopel due to the fact that all of a sudden 10-14 year old kids get on and start trying to be all hip-hop, or neo-nazi...or they start singing or something stupid like that.

It just ruins the game. Especially when you are owning them and then they start to whine and piss and moan..teh cheap...teh dont play fare...teh chaisaw teh pwnage...WTF? If you cant be respectful and act your age get the hell off LIVE. I will say that I have had really good experinces with most people my own age 25-30 and very few bad, 90% of the bad has been because of children...honestly they should make it so you cant have a LIVE account unless your 18, and parents who allow 10 and 12 year olds to play Gears or Saints Row or anything LIVE based, should be imprisoned.

Ive noticed the thread that was posted earlier that was about little kids being annoying. I just turned 13 on april 19th and im not annoying. I dont have a 360 yet (use my friends in other words im a moocher) but when ever im on live people dont make fun of and respect me. I have been told numerous times that I act older than my age. Also some people said that some kids should not be playing M games. I think as long as the child knows the differnce between right and wrong and fact and fiction. They should be allowed to play those types of games.

All I can say is that you are the exception not the rule. I have found Gears, Halo 2, RB6, and others ruined by little chidren *singing*, being racist and trying to be *gangsta* just because they think its cool. I dont even bother with multiplayer unless its Co-Op or unranked team matches with friends.....Im sorry but it only takes a few bad seeds tyo ruin it for everyone and while YOU may act mature most other chidren dont.....its sad when you load up Gears and find out that you are playing against an 11 year old girl....WTF? I just feel most little kids shouldnt play M games let alone anything online.

Its not that rewarding beating bots or other players with tehc or magic or even a gun... tho teleporting is fun for the first 5 minutes, the game just doesnt deliver the Shadowrun i was hoping for.. good thing I dont pay for 360 games,cause if i did i would be very angry. :evil:

With things like netflix, and games and flixs, its hard to not just do it that way as opposed to buying every game....much cheaper to.

I hate to say it but, its coming to the 360.  There are to many sites saying that it is, and its only timed exclusive which is why Kojima can't confirm it for the 360 yet. This is the Devil may cry syndrome all over again. Every one KNEW that DMC wasnt coming to the 360....LOL.....wrong. peoeple were swearing that it was all rumor.....and yet after a bit of time it was revealed that DMC is now a multiplatform.

You gotta remeber that Kojima works for Konami, not the other way around, Konami has final say on porting and the PS3 fanbase just isnt big enough, to make them money. I understand its hard for you guys to comprehend this but there are going to be very few exclusives this gen, with the 360 actually having more as of right now.

I just sold my PS3 today at gamestop for 450.00, because there are no games coming this year that I want for the PS3. LAIR and Drakes fortune look mediocre to me. All multiplatforms will have better online and content for the 360, so Im going that way, and MGS4 will be on the 360 multi-disc or not, you guys are just gonna have to come to that realization and deal with it.

The PS3 is a phenomonal deal for what you get tech wise and durability wise, but it fails IMO to do what its suppose to do, and that is to be a PS console. Were are the great games and exclusives? Sony is pushing this whole Blu-ray thing and the cell and all this stuff....yet they keep losing exclusives by the dozens, and even Sony it self has yet to push a game that utilizes the Cell and blu-ray, with compression and other techniques, Resistance and other games could have more than fit on DVD, had Obliivon had more dev time the 360 version would have been on par or better than the PS3 version.

 Honestly just deal with the fact that MGS4 will be on the 360, the sooner you do that the longer the petition will be to not have it made for the 360.  For me I may pick another one up in a few years, but the 360 is fullfilling my gaming needs...with out teh blu-ray or teh cell.
