I jsut sent mine last week, because of delays. I called for the box last month. It finally came. I sent my 360 off last week and they said that due to a backlogging of console needing repair it will be delayed again. If you want compensation you gotta go right to a supervisor and skip the guys that cant speak english.

Supposedly the lady who is "personally"...(yea right) looking at my case said that I will be compensated. We shall see. Hopefully MS has finally found a fix and I love the fact that they are eating a little crow right now, its baout damn time they own up to there mistakes

Another thing dont ever use 3rd party cooler. The 360 failure rate is high whether iots failure or DVD drive failure but ANY type of cooler will only kill it faster, because it uses power that the 360 needs for other functions
