I jsut sent mine last week, because of delays. I called for the box last month. It finally came. I sent my 360 off last week and they said that due to a backlogging of console needing repair it will be delayed again. If you want compensation you gotta go right to a supervisor and skip the guys that cant speak english.
Supposedly the lady who is "personally"...(yea right) looking at my case said that I will be compensated. We shall see. Hopefully MS has finally found a fix and I love the fact that they are eating a little crow right now, its baout damn time they own up to there mistakes
