Easily 2005 Steelers. Awful game, awful officiating. I am not Seattle fan and it even gets me mad, only because I know two guys who are steelers fans and god they are annoying. The way Steeler nation treats that game is an absolute farce.

now for their next improvement they should get rid of their monoploy on the NFL franchise and allow free market competition again.

that way sega sports can go back to making nfl games that were a far better than EAs madden series, and I can stop playing 2k5...

I agree it's a little excessive by the NFL,but I do think the Bart Scott comment went too far. Calling players names is one thing, in fact its part of the build up to the game, but to threaten a player with injury is a little extreme.

-Halftime-

Wes Welker deserved it, he wasn't calling anybody names when he was laying on the turn with a broke ass knee.

I don't get why you don't like welker. I don't think he's a major trash talker.....

I know he made some remarks about ryans foot fetish, but do you think that deserves a major injury.

if so then you must believecromartie deserves to have a serious knee injury

I can't believe we lost that game.... no offense to Russia, but I would call that a collapse more than a comeback....

Seattle in a close one.... its a reach, but i wonder if the saints may be too overconfident eyeing a trip to atlanta....

I certainly feel the saints will be down early, whether they rally....who knows.

I don't know why everyone is assuming they'll go to Atlanta after this. The Packers/Eagles game is a push in my opinion. They have just as much a chance to head to Chicago.

sorry I didn't mean that i assume that the packers will lose.My point was that saints may be thinking about their next opponent and not giving enough thought to the seahawks,

[QUOTE="No_Hablo_Ingles"] They are paid a lot more then the average person, however, for what they do they are not overpaid. Teams make well over 100 million dollars off them and the average NFL salary is only about 700,000.GamerForca
Au contraire, they are most certainly overpaid "for what they do." You are correct that they deserve the money under the current circumstances, but they're not out there saving lives or keeping people safe. What you've done is prove that the system is screwed up.

So should the owners keep all the profits and then players get paid, say less then a million in wages? Again players can be paid these contracts because people watch the NFl, buy tickets + merchandise and give the owner these profits...

I'm about as pro-sports as it gets, and I still believe that's a load of crap.

But I want to see this happen. AJ Green, one more year with Aaron Murray. :)

Only.

I think you missing the point, players are not OVERPAID, when you consider how much an nfl team pulls in porfit wise and consider the demand for nfl players. The players wages reflect that.
