One good thing about the P5B-E is allot of work has been put into the bios its got tons of options and you can configure it just about anyway you want, it really is a top of the line motherboard.
I had pretty much the same computer except with a x1600 and i could barely play fear on high with that. i think its your video cardBTW If you turn off shadows in fear it helps alot.
OK, thanks. That's what I figured.Oh, also, is it possible to overload your processor with volts even if the temps are OK, or do the two sort of go hand in hand. Like could the temps appear OK, but the volts are killing the processor, anyway? Thanks again.FireBurgerI think deppending on who you ask the answer could go either way.
I'm not sure about this but i think that motherboard and cpu (E2140) both overclock to 3ghz, if that helps at all.
You might want to consider E2140 or E2160, there suppose to overclock good, i dont know much about them but id love to have one.
[QUOTE="Random__Guy"]I'm using a 8x card in a 2x slot right now.My_name_a_BoratIt's probably a 2/4/8x card.A 4/8x ONLY card would NOT work in a 2X slot. It wouldn't even fit, as I said above.Your probably right, (sorry about bad advice)
It's good and better than ide just make sure you have sata connectors on your motherboard, + sata cables.
