These days RAM is so cheap, it's not even an issue. Just go for 8, no real point going for less. Though in actuality - for gaming atleast, you don't need anymore than 4. 8 will give you faster video rendering time, faster time slice management, you can keep more programs running etc, won't strain the virtual memory as much. The other day i got the BSOD i think it might be because i dont have enough ram. So my question is it better to get 8 gb (4 X 2gb) or (2 X 4GB)

Razer Abyssus was a terrible mouse, it was still overpriced at that 'low' price tag. Wasn't the Black Widow in the same price range as the G15? Says it all really.Razer has some decently priced keyboard/mouses. Razer Abyssus and Black widow keyboard comes to mind.

No thanks... Razer Peripherals, I like... Razer systems... I despise.trastamad03Even the peripherals are sub par in comparison to their prices.
Probably not in FPS, but if you're using a gaming headset that doesn't just connect via usb (it has the green cables etc) - you will definitly hear better sound in comparison to your on-board sound.
I know that's probably obvious, but it's a HUGE difference.
This poster is right. Fragmentation only occurs when your constantly deleting/re-writing files on your drive, which causes some files to be split to fit the contents of the drive - that's where de-fragmentation comes in, which physically moves these files to no longer split them, thus reducing access time. So to the posters who are saying its crucial to do it weekly or what not, it really isn't. Monthly may be acceptable due to general deletion of files etc. That depends on how often you install/uninstall programs and/or create/delete files.
For average use, I'd suggest doing it once a month.

[QUOTE="RaseshX"][QUOTE="Lonelynight"]Does playing games, or watching videos online use up your cap? and also, what is your cap limit and do you think that it is enough for your use?LonelynightI thought bandwidth referred to the amount that can be transmitted at a given period of time, for example the megabits you have on your internet 10, 20 , 30 etc? If that's what you're asking i'm only on 10 megabits! But I have a feeling your referring to your download limit which is a fixed amount you can download per month, for example 20 gigabytes - Do internet service providers still do that!? I thought everywhere is unlimited now.. There is no way I could use a download limit, considering I download around 20-50gigabytes a day almost! Yeah I meant download limit. And how do you use aroud 20-50 gb a day? 20-50 gb on downloading steam games, music, streaming, masses of browser pages, so much! Mind you that 20-50gb daily is my household family combined, but the idea of a download limit is scary! Were not in the year 2000 anymore.

Seriously, no one is asking you to actually use the software to replace steam or whatever - also it's bloody single player, why does it matter if it can't be on steam!?
If you're not going to buy it over something that you never even need to open (just double click the game icon on your desktop), ya'll crayz.
