Im very sad with the fact that the 90% of the ranked matches I have played doesnt finish with the same number of players it began with. What I want to do is get get like a thousand signatures of sad gamers like me to get Epic to do an update that allows people to join ranked matches in progress. Im not asking Epic to let us invite our friends because that would let stupid people that have stupid friends to boost their rank. Im asking for anyone to join just to keep the match fun, because it is not fun playing 4 vs 1 in a closed map like clocktower or gridlock. SO .... U FEEL ME?JaviBonilla23
I feel your frustration, but this is not a good solution. I think if you quit you should lose 200 points and should not be able to join a ranked game for 15 minutes.

If you are worried about stretching a 4:3 image to 16:9 make sure to get a monitor with 1 to 1 pixel mapping. I just picked up the 24" Gateway and it retains source formatting nicely. You can override, of course, but I prefer to leave video in its native aspect ratio.

Practice, practice, practice. I got my ass whooped in Gears for the first week or so, then it started getting a little easier to string together some good games. Basically, stick with your teammates and you'll fare much better than you will if you go solo. This isn't Halo where you can go all lone-wolf and wipe out a team. Most of the time in Gears, if you go 2 on 1 you will lose. Otherwise, just learn the maps and the weapons. The rest of the skill just comes with time.

I usually do whatever is the quickest. I'm boring, I'm not playing to show off, I'm playing so that my team will win.

In a way I almost refuse to rent games because I dont want the failed achievements permanetly on my gamertag. I know that Im very busy during the week and wouldnt have time to try to get achievements on rented games. So basically everything on my gamertag is something I once owned or still own. Still annoys me trial versions of arcade games leave you with 0 out of whatever number of achievements and you cant do anything about it. cyrax453
I rent games through Games n Flix. I could care less about the achievements. I don't even have close to 1000 points for any game that I own, although I largely view any single player mode as a waste of good online time so that's probably why.

Go look at your local papers which advertise Crackdown

what do they show? Yeah they show the boxart, but what else?

A giant MC promoting the demo bigger than the game itself. Kind of sad IMO. I wish I could get in the beta, but not 70 dollars worth.

That's damn good marketing, nothing more.

The Ps3 is going to crush the 360 with :

1) Metal Gear Solid 4: This game is going to put halo 3 to shame... ¿Why?

Answer: Because mgs4 is a console seller itself, no one cares about the price of a console with great and unique games like this one and it has more fans than halo ( mgs saga started 5 years before :P)

2) Final Fantasy XIII : The best Rpg saga ever made with no discussion , this exclusive is itself a proof the the Japanese companies loyalty to their national Console makers ( this also benefits Nintendo)And No incoming rpg for the 360 can be compared to this one

3) Gran Turismo 5 : The best cars game of all time with a huge fan base all over the world and with an always innovative gameplay fame , This game is going to pawn the competition.

This 3 Games are three major Hits to Microsoft and with a little help from Nintendo the job will be done

AgentA-Mi6
1) The most overrated series in the history of console gaming. 1 was good, 2 was amazing, 3 was only average. They need to up the ante significantly to be a threat. It don't see it happening. It will be a good, enjoyable game, but not a blockbuster. 2) Oooh, another JRPG. FF was relevant years ago but outside of Japan no one cares anymore. 3) A great racing series, one of the best of all time. The 360 has an excellent PGR3 and Forza 2 looks incredible. It'll be a great game, no doubt, but its not going to kill the 360 in any way. Plus its too early for anything to be "crushing" anything else. While I'm sure the original post would be a big hit on the school bus with other PS3 fanboys, its a bit weak to hold up here.

Sometimes I don't touch it for days and sometimes I'll rip off a 4 hour gaming session. Depends on what else I have to do I suppose.

Just because you personally suck at a game, doesn't mean that it isn't balanced or that the controls are not spot-on. The gore isn't central to the gameplay or the graphics, just the icing on the cake.

Good parents, but a bit overprotective in my eyes. When I was 16 I could get whatever I wanted (within reason) with my own money, including games. I think most 16 year-olds are mature enough to handle the "gore" in Gears, let alone with the gore and language turned off. Sounds like they may be bible thumping conservatives, but at least they care.
