and im waiting for the stupid walmart warantee company or wat ever t o send me a slip for my 5th uni lol,

ill be on the phone with microsoft tomorow promply for the 8th time, (total defective units up to 8 ) god i hate it ,

my fear may come true,-rrod on 2 units, in one week oh im just waiting, i know its coming playing gta iv now, i bet in a week i wont be lol

this is not a good thing. my friend buy 3 x360s. I have both ps3 and x360. I play my ps3 more. the x360 over heats to fast and is very loud. the tv sound needs turned up, thats bad. my ps3 is not that loud. I cant even hear the disc spinning in it. I dont want the Red Ring so I dont play it that long at once. lol. I dont think the systems hardware is made for the power it has. thats why its so loud. this helps the sales go up, people keep buying 3 or 4 systems after they over heat and break. if mine breaks I might buy another one. or sell all my games. I dont know.

you can find a 500GB normal laptop HD off Ebay for about $80 to $100. and its eazy to put in, I still am fine with the 80GB right now.

I am not being mean to any one. at first I was asking for help and these things I am asking are not that hard of things to tell me. Games Only on 360 that are good. and wireless" and about GTA4. I need help I am buying it this friday. If I dont like it I will just give it away to some guy on the street.

ok, I think you for trying to help me, but most of them games you named off are also on the ps3. like fallout and soon RE5 and dead space and more.

if its only Gears of war and Halo.. then its not a big deal to me. I ask for help on all of these matters. you just know what you talking about before you try to help some one. If I was to see someone ask this on the ps3 board I would make a list of things games" hardware stuff. and help the best I could. I understand the RED Ring is an over heating thing. I hope that dont happen. to me. it wont happen If I dont have any games to play in the first place. its like this. if I already have the game for PS3 I am not buying it again for another system. its the same. I am very soon going to buy a Xbox 360. Did I just say that and type that. wow. yes I am going to buy one. I got a deal set up from a friend for a 60GB pack for only $150. I cant pass it down. I am Playstation.3 and alot of games for it. I have played the 360 many of times. just I have liked my PS3 better. just because of the hardware and wireless and stuff. blah blah.

getting to the point. I dont mind to have both systems. just to have it, to turn it on once and a while. I was kind of worry about the Red Ring thing. 3 of my friends got it, it sounds bad, some of my friends want me to have the 360 to play online with them. sounds good and all. just I might have to buy the same games I already have on the other system. I am not a sony fanboy. some people think about, I just dont like trash talk about the ps3 when they dont try to play it or buy it. its really a good system cost the same as the Elite and you get more. I only have wireless internet at my house, the 360 network is $99.... thats $ alot

ok, 1. How bad is the Red Ring Thing ?do I have to worry about that? 2. What games are only on the 360 I might like ? "other than halo"
3. Is there anyway to get wireless other than the $99.. thing. 4. I want GTA4 Lost and Damned. a friend told me you have the have a copy of GTA4 in the system to be able to play Lost and Damned. I know its DLC. but do you Need a copy of GTA4.. I dont want to, I have it on PS3. plays great.

I dont want the system to sit and getting dusty, I want to play it. If I get it and its just sitting there because of all these things, Games and stuff. I will sell the thing for like $20. I play my frriends elite all the time. I play Rainbow six L.V. its good. but also on the ps3 and plays the same.HDMI is nice on ps3. I have a new flat HDTV, I like the HDMI, I read only the Elite gots the port for HDMI.. thats ok. I just wish it was more HD on all the 360s not just that one. I know some of the newer models have the ports. I will look more into that. its really not a big deal.I guess it will still look nice.

I said the ps3 auto set it self at 1080p on a 32in sony tv thats 720p. when I turn it on, it says 1080p HD

and I said I try to set the sound with the normal cables and I could not hear anything with them.please help.

I just buy a new Sony Flat HD TV 32in. its very nice clear. blu ray is great and games look great.

The tv says its 720p. the ps3 made is 1080p auto set. what would be a better pic 720p or 1080p. I just think becuase its a 720p TV thats what it should be. reall the 1080p makes the pic look smaller. but more clear.

and- the HDMI cable Looks nice and all. but the sound could be better, I would to run the sound by the normal audio jack, white and red. might be in Saround-sound or in the tv a guy at work said I can just the HDMI for video and the normal Audio jacks for sound. that would be nice would be HD Video and normal digital sound. I try to just the sound setting on the ps3 menu and I try to hook them up on the TVs out put audio under the HDMI port and I dont hear any sound and just put it back the way it was HDMI sound.

I have the MGS4 ps3 pack. 80GB. I dont think they sell them anymore.

my ps3 sometimes go into this high fan mode. and its gets loud to I can hear the fan running very loud and its making me think the system is getting to hot or somethings wrong.? I dont know. I mean I know the x360 is loud. my friends x360 is very loud. its kind of like that. the silly part is. its not all the time. its only kicks on high loud mode sometimes after it being on a few hours. I have to turn the tv up some. is this a bad thing or is this normal. my other 40GB ps3 never did that before. I could never hear that thing. Can some one tell me whats wrong?. or is it ok. I know its got the ps2 player and the 4 usb ports and card slots. does this also mean it needs a louder fan for cooling? its not a big deal. I just want to make sure my ps3 is ok and wont break down.my friends x360 got the red ring 2 times. I hope something like that dont happen. an over heating problem? some of my friends want me to buy a x360. I dont want to because of the problem they have of breaking down. is the loud fan ok, or whats wrong? games never froze on me before.
