sword of the stars ii looks pretty nice, guess I'm going for either that or an old copy of galactic civilizations II looks cool either way

ouch that sucks...then again if he was using his offical account ( meaning bioware games/forum/etc all under one account ) to post such controversial comments wasn't really smart of him

Hi guys was just wondering what would be the best 4x Space Strategy Simulation to venture in right now? I'm currently looking at Sword of the Stars Complete Collection would that be a good choice? One thing I can't stand though is very buggy games that haven't been patched so hoping to avoid that. Any good choices to recommend?

FPS: play modern warfare/modern warfare 2 for the campaigns while you wait for crysis 2 :)

try empire total war with DarthMod, just do a search on google. It's invaluable for E:TW imo as it makes everything much more realistic...

okay thanks! anyway has anyone tried MLAA in dragon age 2? I'm currently using MLAA + 2xAA can't seem to tell the difference versus using 8xAA, while I get a higher framerate...

To enable MLAA all I have to do is to Use application settings and tick the Morphological filtering box right? What about the standard and edge detect filter settings are they enabled by checking the morphological filtering box?

hmm buying asap is advisable if you got the funds now, because I'm not sure when revisions will occur to the current batch of cards, which might remove the possiblility of flashing, but that's just my opinion. Currently I feel the prices of the 6950 are pretty low already and would be unlikely to go much lower...but I could be wrong haha
