A few weeks ago I noticed that in any game I play If I'm pushing forward completely on the left analog stick to move my character at full speed, at random intervals my character would slow down as if I had pulled back on it slightly. This went away for about a week and a half and I popped in Left 4 Dead last night and had to turn off my system because it came back, when I was in the middle of playing as a tank chasing the only survivor that I hadn't downed because I could never catch up to him because every few seconds I would walk slow as hell. Some of the games I play this is not a major inconvenience, because I play mostly shooters and many of them have a run feature which is not effected by this. In others, Left 4 Dead for example, its an enormously frustrating situation. Has anyone had this happen to them? Anyone know what's causing it or how I can fix it?

Consider yourself lucky that you have a job regardless of whether or not it **** up your gaming time. Some of us have been unemployed for upwards of two years and have to turn to selling our bodies on the streets to support our gaming addictions...

I've barely leveled up phase strike at all, and post update it's still beast as hell. With my shock artifact and phasewalking health regenerating, I can inflict some insane damage on multiple enemies going into phasewalk and then I phase strike when im about to go out of phase walk and the strike combined with the outgoing burst is enough to do even more damage while regenerating my health the whole time. I'm only at level 26, when i have this fully upgraded it's going to be god like :D

Simple enough, which of the four classes in Borderlands do you prefer playing as the most?

I really can't say yet because I've only played as Lillith (Siren) so far.

I pre-ordered L4D2 at gamestop a few months ago...they told me nothing of getting the demo and I have no email from them even though I gave them my email when i preordered it. Was it only if you pre-ordered it at a certain time or should I be on my way to gamestop now demanding my code?

A preorder is a preorder, go now and demand your code.

My local gamestop likes to"steal" my preorder goodies.

Yeah I called gamestop and they said the codes weren't going to be distributed via email, I had to come into the store to pick up the code. I just got back and I have my code ready, can't wait until tonight when I can redeem it!

Viking was probably the worst 360 game I've played so far.

I saw shadowrun at gamestop for ten bucks, from what I saw of it it looks like a cool game but I'm just wondering if it's still got a decent amount of people playing it.

Yeah so I just played a game of guardian in Gears of War 2 and I went 16 and 3, I had 3,195 points. The game ends, and when the screen comes up to show me my experience, it said I gained 0 experience from it. Can someone explain to me what just happened?
