Yeah, that is wrong (although I've kind of taken advantage of Jack in the Box's Big Texas Cheeseburger deal..) and I can definitely sympathize with that, when I worked in retail I had some real **** came in too , but Geezer seems like he would be one towards customers regardless, so I don't sympathize with him.

Oh we have, its just theres not much point when its not directly relevant to the topic and when they are selling out so fast the "HD3800s available at 'x'" threads don't last too long either.

Simply put Apple wants to control all your entire computing destiny..Microsoft can only control the software side, Mac makes things even more proprietary on both hardware and software (even if much of it is BSD and Linux-based).

If you want to get Mac on PC, get Linux or BSD, you get a good number of the benefits without the absurd markups and lockin Apple introduces.

I consider it good news, I don't personally have any stake in AMD (although if I had more money I would buy one) but DAAMIT definitely needed a boost and this might just be it.

Customers act as if we have to beg them to buy from us. I don't give a rat's ***. i get paid wether they buy from us or not. It won't make a difference to me. It's such a pain in the *** specially where i work. broke *** people trying to give you attitude.

Or maybe its people looking to receive what was guaranteed them and trying to not spend more than is really necessary? I've got a pretty wealthy cousin inlaw and he didn't get that way by paying more than he had to.

If you are a fan of anime, they have their box sets at pretty amazing prices lots of the time. Of course they're not always ones you actually want but thats how it goes..I had to keep checking half.com at one point for days on end to find a box setthat I was looking for (Twelve Kingdoms 1) cheaper.

Well frankly I wouldn't even have mentioned it if they had done the decent thing when I brought it in and not given me (or rather someone in my immediate family) the run-around.

There was also the issue with the sale I learned about on cheap***gamer with them giving me some BS about the EXACT SAME GAME not being the same item as was listed under the sale just because it happened to be by the checkout instead of in the games section...
