Does anyone actually care to own FFX-2? I tried and failed twice to play that game, never got far. It's just a terrible game, aimed at teenage girls or something. Don't like the idea of it being bundled in with FFX, it's like you being bundled in with that crazy distant relative that likes to touch children - 'I'm not affliated with you!!!'
@Jedilink109 I think it made it sound more genuine, if he had read from a script it wouldn't have been as passionate. Proves that he really feels strongly about this.
Maybe if there were less xenomorphs and more strategy? Like Shadow of the Colossus, but you travel through each level with a team and take out facehuggers, figuring out your tactics and working your way up to the alien boss who could easily kill you if you make the wrong move.
@Diluted_NZ I agree, the aliens are meant to be the perfect species, running around with a shotgun should be a good way to get yourself killed.

I think this video is spot on. I love the Alien films, could be my favourite series, and that feeling of hopelessness is paramount to the story line. I think it's very important to get that in the games, running around guns blazing, not caring if you die is for other games, not for Aliens.
