I read it, good points, but you really can't prove a point of opinion if you haven't even played the game yet.
It's far too biased, you have not personally poured the hours into Assassin's Creed that many devoted fans have just to be completely let down.

I haven't played any Mass Effect games, so I'm not going to debate which is worse, but until you play the game your opinion is far too biased to count for anything. 

I admit it's frustrating, but after your second playthrough you learn to appreciate it a lot more.
They really should have did combat tutorials instead of free-running tutorials, since none of that changed too much.

Nothing impressive, music doesn't really fit, frankly kinda' boring.

They don't seem very frequent, but really you should run across one at some point unless you're over-using fast travel.

Yes, the game is buggy... You can tell they rushed it at the end.
Currently I'm forced to deal with not being able to use two of the same pistol, as after I equip them after the next loading screen the right one changes to something else.

Sync objectives are the worst though, some of them are impossible. 

Is it every time you play? Updated sound drivers? Make sure the voice settings in the game are turned up? Maybe reinstall the game? (Backup your save files!)

...You're using a laptop that is neither made for gaming or personally customized.
Your graphics don't seem to cut it and looking up your computer's specs it seems your processor isn't much to brag about either...
It's a nice computer, and I'm sure you can run browser games, flashgames, and things like minecraft flawlessly, but when it comes down to real gaming it seems you fall short.

There are different dockwing stations and a few external cards out there but it's easier just to buy a laptop for gaming... And there's the whole problem of your computer not being able to add any expansions anyways, making those options impossible. 

Well, Ubisoft doesn't seem to care about making modding tools so generally all we ever see is retextures and things like infinite health, money, etc.

If he's using the tomahawk maybe you should consider... You know, actually switching to the hidden blades.
And also, you have to be in high profile for any double assassinations.
Another thing they changed without any explanation...
