I think this depends on your skills - if youre very good at PS3 games, then you will rush through most games. It also depends if you mean with trophies and/or store/retail games. For me a easy game (with trophies) was Cloudy with meat balls - it was pinging trophies like no tomorrow and wasnt very hard (so quick to do). Although ive not played every single PS3 game :)

My personal fav. story was Dead space. The atmosphere really set the story (never think of 'twike twike little star' the same again!). It actually made me jump (physically) a few times. Great game! Uncharted 2 was okay, but id like to see some choices in the story ie. like at the end do you go with Chloe or Elena (for example). I felt they missed out on this (would of given another reason for the second play-though).

Just jumpin in here. I thought about doing the same thing, but I have two questions: 1) will this affect any other wireless devices in my house, like my laptop and others and 2) do I need to change any settings on my Playstation or does it automatically reconize the cable connection?

it shouldnt effect anything apart from the device you put on a cable. You will need to tell your PS3 to use a wired cable in the setup menus (which is fair quick and easy to do).

You will find a wired cable is faster (no conversion from air to signal) and is much reliable as well (no signal lost). You can use any port on your router/cable modem. You will need to buy a Ethernet cable (they can work up-to around 100 meters) which will plug into the back of your PS3. You should be able to get a Ethernet fairly cheap, so dont pay some game store tons for it, they are all the same (try and get a Cat 5 or 5e class cable).

hi there, I wouldnt say the frame rate was bad -just that the game can be a bit slow place, take the speech for example: "M..y.. N...a..m..e i..s.. d..u...n...c.a..n" - I found myself often reading the text then skipping to the next sentence as they spoke so darn slow!

its hard to say if the new cole is good or bad thing at the moment - he might even be in the game anyway. Suckerpunch did such a good job with the first I am hoping they know how to make the next inFamous good too. A new character can move the game forward - as new games often feel very similar when they use the same textures, areas and characters. One thing id like to see in the new game is some kind-of fast travel, since cars were off the list.

Are you using component or scart? RGB isn't very clear. To get the best out of the PS3 you need to get an HDMI cable (which is how you normally connect HD devices nowadays).

Well you need to get another game to find out if it is the disc - its a bit strange that you only have one game. It makes that game rather expensive if you think 1 game needs 1 PS3. You could even get a store game to see, but I would recommend a disc game. Have you tried delete the game's data (not save game) just to see if the game installed something wrong?

I would say a year or two - its not just the price but the tech will improve too. There might even be TV out then which dont require glasses. The longer you wait, the better you get but in the mean time you get noting.

sorry to hear m8! have you gave it any-time to cool down yet? ... just encase it goes away? if it stays there, then you really have 2 options: try sony, they will probably charge you for refurnished ps3 or get a new ps3. Not much else you can do, unless someone as another idea?
