I can't see what Microsoft hope to gain by this, Unilever doesn't have a very good name as they still use animal testing on the chemicals in their products, Use palm oil from none sustainable producers and child labour in the harvesting of the palm oil and other chemicals in their products, So people who have been watching the news about the Amazon rain forest burning probably know its companies like Unilever who are making it a profitable thing to do for the farmers in the area.
So the anti lootbox/gambling bill fell way short so companies now will push crap like this even further, Abit stupid on their part as it just restarts the ball rolling again eventually something worthwhile might get done about it, Or not.
Electronic Arts: "We applaud the new initiatives from console makers and publishers to provide more information to players. Beginning last year, we introduced probability disclosures where applicable in all our new games, across all platforms, and will continue to provide this information to help our players as we move forward."
To many other titles coming out to put 100+ hours into this game again, If they had chosen to add a FeMC like P3P then it would be worthwhile as that changed the entire game, An extra area and a new character doesn't add enough to invest the time again.
