@Talavaj There were plenty of other differences. Draw distance is much clearer in the PC version version. You can tell in the scene where the guy is sitting looking at the mountains. There's more volumetric fog on the console version killing detail in the distance. Also there was more noticeable tesselation in the step area.
Honestly all version minus last gen look fantastic. The things I pointed out only a PC gamer would notice since we're accustomed to it. The deciding factor would probably be FPS which is obviously unlocked on PC version versus consoles. Which I have no problem with anyways. I lock most of my PC games at 30 FPS. My deciding factor would ultimately be convenience. I do have my PC hooked up to my TV so placement wouldn't be an issue but you know, nothing beats popping a disk in and hitting play. I love PC gaming before anything else but I'm getting older and lazier with time lol

Once we see some games developed for PC first like the Witcher and Battlefield will we see big differences between platforms.
@johnjcruz Sorry that you can't accept it but it's just the plain truth. You get what you pay for. These consoles aren't power houses. They're running mobile CPUs coupled with a midrange GPUs from 2012.. If that doesn't tell you anything then you will probably never understand what I'm trying to tell you.
If Rockstar wanted this game to run at 60 FPS it would look nowhere near as good as it does now. It would probably look just like GTA V last gen at a higher resolution.
I'm a PC gamer myself and I for one have absolutely no issue with 30 FPS as long as it's a rock solid 30 FPS and doesn't budge.. You console owners make FPS a huge deal when you don't even really understand it to begin with. Framerate doesn't make or break immersion in a game. Visuals do and that's what Rockstar clearly made the effort to upgrade here and I applaud them for it.
There's only so much you can do with limited resources. If you want framerate than you can't have the pretty visuals. If you want the visuals than you can't have the framerate. Which is why I said stop your crying and get a PC if it bothers you that bad.
@johnjcruz LOL you want 60 FPS? Get a PC. No way this is going to run at 60 FPS when on the PC you need a graphics card around the same price as a PS4 or XB1 just to run the game at max details nevermind a constant 60 FPS.
So how's this game's MP? I stopped caring about CoD's SP since MW2 and I don't care much for zombies since I have real zombie games to play instead. So yea, how's the MP? Is it like Ghosts? Because Ghosts' MP f*cking sucked c*ck.

@IJONOI It drops to the 20's on the PS4 too. Just bad developing and optimization. Was thinking of picking it up on PC instead but I'm only running an I5 2500k at 4.4 GHz and a GTX 680. If I could lock at 30 FPS and run at ultra 1080p I'd be more than satisfied. What do you think?
Reviews are all over the board on this one. I don't think I'm going to take Kevin's word on this one because as others have mentioned, I don't think he should be reviewing racers because of his taste in games. I'll try it myself. So far the people I know that are playing it are enjoying it alot.
