Resistance 2 was passable at best, and the Future trilogy simply pales in comparison to anything they've done in their PS2 days.

Sorry, but Insomniac's glory days have been long gone. Can't say I'm too excited or interested in any of their future titles being released on the Xbox 360.

Lack of research? You can see them. Also from what I have seen "improvements" is quite subjective as to what they have done. You're not interested in proof, you are just hunting down any quotes you can find to try to prove a console game is producing supersampling like results. Sorry but some of us are little more grounded in reality to fall for such things, it's incredible how they can produce bullshots for this many years and people still fall for them.

Damage control? I play console ports at 1080p and can access up to 16x anti-aliasing. Do you think 720p with cheapo blur AA and barely any AF is something I'll have to downplay? What you consider impressive is a downgrade to me, I'm just amazed at how easy it is for the spin doctors to hype people like you.

Contradict yourself much? Didn't you just complain about aliasing in the demo, but then turn around and admittedly state that the demo vs final build have numerous differences (and improvements)?

Right, so you think posting a random article changes the fact that I have 'seen' the demo being played and it has jaggies everywhere? You think some performance friendly AA is going to produce supersampling like results?

Oh sorry, for a moment I may have thought I was talking to someone reasonable, not a power of Cell consolite who judges the capabilities of his system by how hyped he happens to be.

The E3 demo was a year old, the improvements further on have been vast. The E3 demo lacked MLAA, seriously, I don't know how hard this is to comprehend. It was a demo. Heck, even at the beginning before you start it says "This is a work in progress, you may experience slowdown and stutter which is not an accurate representation of the final product."

Like I said, stop your damage control. It's embarassing.

Nice try though? I comment on the jaggies in the game not being shown in these images; and you believe a jaggied shadow is a counter argument to that? That image you just posted practically has supersampling on the polygons, it's a obvious bullshot.

Hang on, you didn't actually post that Last Guardian image as a counter argument did you? The area you made bold, don't tell me you are ****** enough to actually believe a mass produced console from 2006 can match/beat the technological advancement on PC?

MLAA is a new technique that was found by the Saboteur developers that enabled the PS3 to have anti-aliasing with the potential to match that of the 4x-8x found on alot of PC games. God of War 3 uses the same strategy. Seriously, stop, you aren't convicing anyone.

Hey look, more bullshots. I certainly recall there being jaggies in the videos. Of course jaggies are not something that is commonly recognised in SW, they certainly don't appear in those God of War 3 bullshots; despite their obvious presence in the demo.

Other than that; what else did you want me to respond on? The creature is a interesting design, it's not often that a game uses so much of the polygon budget on one character, but Sony's 1st/2nd party titles have always been about showing off.

No, I don't know about the Last Guardian or Uncharted 2 screenshots, but the God of War 3 screenshots certainly are the exact representation of the game.

^From the same batch of screenshots he posted. You can clearly see aliasing on the shadow, nice try though.

Stop your damage control. Shadow of the Collossus had an astounding scale, to suggest that The Last Guardian would not follow in the footstep's of it's PS2 predecessor is silly.
