I disagree with this point. "...if you've got Dirt 1 do you need Dirt 3?" I actually somewhat recently got Dirt 1 and it's a fantastic game, but i need more, plus online & splitscreen & etc. Dirt 3 is what i'm planning on getting with some birthday money. so i completely disagree with this. i really hope all racing game developers don't share Williams' view

@homeboy609 you beat me too it. i haven't played vanquish, but i was gonna say i loved shooting the names at the end of smash bros going for a top score, and that definitely came out before vanquish. i guess start/select just forgot the system from which their name is taken from

I'm new to checking out the "this week in games" feature, so I'm not sure if Gamespot's been doing this for a while, but I really like the quoted for truth portion of the article (in addition to all the other information of course). It's cool that they take peoples opinions and quote them, even if it is slightly detrimental to the news they're providing. Well played Gamespot.
