It depends on the age setting of your account. If it says you are under 17 you can't download M rated games.

Well if u only play through games once then u should rent it, it all comes down to how u enjoy ur games, myself I beat AC 4 times now, some say it's repetative, wich is true, but the mood of the cities make up for it, and u urself choose how u play it, so depending on what u do the game experience could be very diffrent every time u play it.Keitarourashima

Mass Effect is my favorite game on the 360. It will last you quite awhile 30-60 hrs depending on how you play. Some of the choices you make DO have an impact on the game so it does deliver on that promise.

I haven't played COD 4 yet, but it looks great if you want another FPS to add to your collection. I like FPS myself but find a lot more replayability with RPG's even with online play.

LCD because they usually have a longer shelf life by a year or two, but it does depend on how much use it gets.

I would go with any Samsung or Sharp Aquos LCD. It's just my preference.
