Well honestly for me, I experience some hick ups if you will while I'm playing COD4 online. Now, that could be from people disconnecting, or an error that occurs, I'm not sure.
There is no problem with PSN, as far as online gameplay goes they are identical IMO. Once you start getting into all that junk you can buy well MS has the upperhand but i dont buy much so i dont care about that, PSN advantage its FREE. So to answer honestly people are just hating, and once home comes out it will be even better than it is now.KurupSoldr
While I'm not a Microsoft X-Box gamer, I don't think that the PSN being free is necessarily an advantage. Remember, although a person who plays their 360 online has to pay for it, it's still only $50 once a year, so that's not bad.
I can't wait for home. I think it'll add some spice to the PSN's service.
Capcom - DMC, Street Fighter, Onimusha, Resident Evil.
Midway - Mortal Kombat
Dimps - DragonBall Z Budokai
Konami - MGS
Naughtydog - Uncharted Drakes Fortune
Infinity Ward - COD
already confirmed that there is a sequil for uncharted aswell.. they even said before the first was released that it was going to be a trillogy... but shortbobo has the right idea[QUOTE="GEMINIVice"]I voted for Resistance, but I would go with either that or Uncharted (Resistance more since there is a sequel coming out and I would like to be caught up on the story, if there is any).SuperMario254
online= CoD4, Single player= Uncharted, and if you want a good story with good online= Resistance...
in the end i think i would take Uncharted personaly, Graphicaly is just ultra stunning... playing it on a 50'' tv is amaizing and there were parts in the game i just wish i could have taken a screen shot of and made it the background on my ps3, simply amaizing... HOWEVER the story is only about 8 hours or so, but that was my first play through and i know that it gets much harder.
Im actually glad that there's a sequel on the way for Uncharted and I also didn't know there was a trilogy planned. Good for Naughty Dog.
Oh and yeah I agree that the graphics for Uncharted are indeed stunning. So clean and vibrant. Surley the sequels gonna look oustanding.
Since I already have Uncharted and COD4, it'd be Resistance.
For you, I think picking COD4 would be the best choice.
I guess I'd show the episode in the Frieza saga in DBZ, after Goku turns Super Saiyan. It's an episode filled with nothing but sparks and has Frieza realizing that he's created a monster, with the famous Funimation dub voice actors may I add. ;)
One of my buddies tried to get me into anime by showing me an episode of Naruto...Good lord was that awful. Then, most recently, he showed me an episode of Bleach, which was almost as horrible.THE_DRUGGIEWhy was Naruto horrible?
Sometimes new things just scare people, but I think Famliy Guy style is the future. :) I don't think it's the future of cartoons. FG is about it's own style. If every show copied it's formula, it'd be one big boring world.[QUOTE="Sajedene"]I prefer cartoons that require at least some form of educated thought. It doesnt have to be a lot... just a little bit. I dont like feeling more stupid after watching something.Meh___Guy
[QUOTE="Meh___Guy"][QUOTE="PBSnipes"]It was funny at first, but the "OMG LOOK AT HOW RANDOM THAT IS ISN'T THAT FUNNY LOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!!!!!" formula got old fast.PBSnipes
Ummm there is a skill and being random.
I'm not sure what you're getting at, but assuming you meant "there is a skill to being random" I'd agree, and I'd say that the majority (if not all) of the Family Guy writers lack that skill. Family Guy's 'random for the sake of random' jokes only work when they're balanced out with "intelligent" humour. During the first seasons Peter's random humour was balanced out with "intelligent" humour like Brian's dry wit ("Peter if you're going to pull a party out of your ass in the next hour you should probably stand up"). The problem is the series has lost that balance, and as a result the random jokes lost their impact. I agree. However, some of the random jokes are still funny.Nope that's just media spin but for me it has largely been overhyped. GTA games and missions just don't compel me to do anything other than go on rampages and that gets boring after awhile. Personally I am waiting for Haze and my bro is waiting for MGS4jyoung312I agree with you. The missions just never seemed compelling enough. It's like ya do a mission, but then get stuck on it, then it's like "Who cares what happens next?"
I hope Haze rocks btw. I pray it doesn't suck. I want some of that nector!!
