He is correct. The industry is being held back by closet dwelling neckbeards that have no job, are vocal on internet forums and have no money. Why should gamers that work and have a disposable income be held back by the unwashed masses?

'Continue' to offer a good service now that a payment model is in. As an avid user of both Microsoft's and Sony's online services there is daylight between Xbox Lives service and the PSN. Rather than seeing Sony 'continue' their service I'd rather see them bring it on par with Microsoft's.
