Its amazing what big companies get away with because most people don't know the actual law. Many people assume that all the terms are legally binding because Its In the small print or because they have agreed to It. If the judiciary ascertain that Its not legally binding then that's the bottom line.

@ryancyc I recently played through Ghost Recon FS, there Is a solo mission quite late Into the game which requires stealth. It made me yearn for the Splinter Cell of old. Unless SC returns to Its roots then I'm out.
