Top 11 Hits the Negatives!! He's the Captain of a Star Ship *-09*

no order

Gene Starwind - Outlaw Star

From his home on Sentinel III, Gene Starwind always looked up into the night sky and dreamed of the day he could roam the stars. For the time being, though, he and his partner Jim eked out their living doing odd jobs for whoever needed their services. e has a deeply rooted phobia of space travel (stemming from his childhood, when his father forced him into the only escape pod of a burning ship). This makes things interesting when he winds up going into space (he has to drink heavily in an attempt to keep from getting sick). But he winds up the captain of the ship Outlaw Star, which somehow keeps him from feeling confined and scared (although he's still scared of space).

Top 11 Hits the Negatives!! A Catholic Vampire?! *-08*

No order

Abel Nightroad - Trinity Blood

On the surface, Abel appears to be a clumsy, absent-minded Catholic priest who has bad luck with money and is always hungry. In reality, he is a Crusnik, a vampire with extraordinary powers that can feed on other vampires. Nearly a millennium in age, Abel was created in 2088 A.D. as one of four test tube babies whose bodies were infused with Crusnik nanomachines by the Mars human colonists. Abel once had a hatred for humanity and joined the Methuselah in the war against humans after the Armageddon. During the war between the humans and Methuselah, Abel Nightroad killed seven million humans. Lilith's death during the war caused him to abandon his hatred. He spent 900 years weeping and mourning in Lilith's crypt at the Vatican, until a young Caterina Sforza fled there to escape Methuselah assassins. Abel, realizing that it was his task to continue Lilith's work and defend the humans, saved the young Caterina and chose to live on. He joined the AX at its foundation in May, 3055 A.D.

In his human form, Abel fights with a gun loaded with silver bullets. With 40% of his Crusnik nanomachines activated, his eyes become red, his lips turn dark blue, his teeth become fangs, his nails turn into claws, grows black wings, and a gigantic black scythe composed of crystallized blood materializes in his hands. At 80% activation, he can generate massive amounts of electricity. He can only achieve this form, or higher, if he has fed on a vampire, otherwise there is a risk the nanomachines will refuse the command and cause him to collapse. At 100% activation, he turns into a humanoid creature with dark skin, black bat-like wings, and blue markings that cover his entire body. He also generates more electricity than his 80% form and a second blade forms on the other end of his blood scythe. While in Crusnik form, the blood of Methuselah is drawn to him and goes directly into his body without using his fangs.

Hitokiri Battousai(Kenshin Himura) - Rurouni Kenshin

(I am talking about the Battousai not normal Kenshin, when he was a weapon of the government)

Kenshin is born into a peasant family under the given name of "Shinta". Soon his parents die, and he is sold into slavery. The slave-traders' caravan is attacked by bandits who kill all of the peasants except for Shinta, who is saved by a swordsmanship teacher called Seijūrō, who renames the boy "Kenshin", as the name 'Ken' (sword) and 'Shin' (heart) were more fitting for a swordsman. After a few years under Seijūrō's guidance, Kenshin decides to abandon his training to protect people as an assasin of the Chōshū clan. There he shares the common goal of the Ishin Shishi upon the Tokugawa shogunate and soon becomes known as "Hitokiri Battōsai" due to the mass murders he commits. At one point, he meets a woman named Yukishiro Tomoe, who initially wanted to avenge the death of her fiancé, whom Kenshin had killed, but falls in love with him instead and starts a romantic relationship. After the crisis suffered by the Chōshū clan in the Ikedaya Jiken, both Kenshin and Tomoe get married and flee to a remote village.

Sometime later, Tomoe meets with the leader of the Yaminobu, a fictional pro-Shogunate covert network of ninjas that had formulated a plan to assassinate Kenshin and use her to create his weakness. Meanwhile, Kenshin runs off to find his wife, but is ambushed by Yaminobu, who although are defeated, they manage to severely wound him. In a desperate attempt to defeat the leader, Kenshin blindly swings his sword, killing both his assailant and Tomoe, who jumps in at the last minute to save Kenshin from a fatal attack. Tomoe's knife flies into the air and coincidentally slashes Kenshin's already scarred cheek, creating the famous X-shaped scar across his left cheek. Following the death of Tomoe, Kenshin's leader, Katsura Kogoro, reassignes him as a guerrilla swordsman to protect the Imperialists and after the end of the Bakumatsu, he leaves Kyoto.

Kenshin is a practitioner of the Hiten Mitsurugi-Ryū. also referred to in the series as "Ultrasonic Sword Stile", a fictional ancient sword art. Kenshin's mastery of the Stile allows him to possess superhuman speed and reflexes, study and predict his opponent's movements in battle, as well as perform many powerful sword techniques
Among several of his Hiten Mitsurugi-Ryū and battōjutsu skills, Kenshin can utilize Shinsoku, which allows him to quickly overpower and dispatch opponents with his sword before they have time to react. Although most of his techniques were originally intended to have deadly effects, Kenshin fights using his sakabatō, a katana that has the cutting edge on the inwardly curved side of the sword (in contrast to a normal katana, where the outwardly curved side of the sword is sharp, while the inwardly curved side of the sword is blunt), since he desires not to kill anyone.

Top 11 Hits the Negatives!! He loves His Dear Hat!! *-06*

Urahara Kisuke - Bleach

Kisuke Urahara always wears traditional Japanese wooden sandals and a bucket hat, which has earned him the nickname "Mr. Hat-and-Clogs". He is generally a laid-back, jovial fellow, although he can be absolutely serious when the situation warrants it. Despite his carefree attitude, his speech is always polite, though it is sometimes sarcastic.

At an undefined point before he became a captain, Urahara lived at Yoruichi's mansion along with his future assistant, Tessai. He joined the Gotei 13 along with Yoruichi, and eventually became the third seat in the 2nd Division under her. As part of his duties, he also headed the Third Unit of the Special Forces, the Detention Unit. He was recommended for the captain position of the 12th Division by Yoruichi after Kirio Hikifune was promoted to the Royal Guard. His lieutenant, inherited from the former captain, was Hiyori Sarugaki. He is also the founder and the first president of the Soul Reaper Research Institute (Chief of Research and Development Department in the English version). Mayuri Kurotsuchi succeeded him in both positions.

Nine years after becoming captain, Kisuke was framed for the hollowification of eight Soul Reapers (the future vizards) and was officially exiled by Soul Society for conducting taboo experiments, deceiving colleagues, and causing grievous injury. Aizen states that Kisuke was exiled for creating an untraceable gigai which caused the spiritual power of the Soul Reaper inside it to deteriorate, eventually transforming them into humans. He creates ten untraceable gigai to aid in the escape of himself, Tessai, and the eight vizard. Yoruichi helped him escape and ran away with him as well. He also seems to be an acquaintance of Isshin Kurosaki, Ichigo Kurosaki's father, and of Ryūken Ishida, Uryū Ishida's father.

Kisuke Urahara's Zanpaktou is Benihime. The shikai command of Benihime is "awaken"
In its shikai, Benihime's blade becomes wider than that of his sealed zanpakutō and the hilt curves, adding a crimson ribbon and other elaborate decorations around it. Benihime has two known special abilities, one for offense and one for defense, both of which are activated by the command "scream". Benihime's defensive ability forms a polygonal "blood mist shield" in front of Urahara. The barrier is able to block Ichigo's first use of his Getsuga Tenshō while only slightly eroding. Benihime's offensive ability fires a crimson-colored energy blast which is similar to a cero.

Sesshomaru - Inuyasha

Although Sesshomaru inherited his father's Tenseiga, which can bring 100 people back to life with a single swing, he originally coveted InuYasha's inheritance, the powerful Tetsusaiga. However, a barrier was cast around Tetsusaiga so that full yōkai cannot wield it without burning their flesh. Even knowing that he cannot touch the sword, Sesshomaru still desires to take it from InuYasha. He fights with InuYasha in their father's grave and by chance, InuYasha transforms the blade and hacks off Sesshomaru's left arm. It is not until his fight with Magatsuhi that his left arm returns. By the time he regains his left arm, however, he is no longer interested in obtaining the Tetsusaiga.

Humanoid Form
Sesshomaru has a Prussian blue crescent on his forehead. He also has two magenta
stripes on each cheek and on the sides of his wrists as well. Most of the time, Sesshomaru appears in this form in both the manga and the anime.

True Form
Sesshomaru's original form is a giant white dog with markings similar to those he has in his human form. In the anime, he transforms surrounded in a bright red aura or has a tornado circling around him. His eyes then take on a bright red color and yōkai marks on his body widen and become more apparent; the stripes on his cheeks which are usually smooth become jagged and change into a somewhat fiercer color. In the anime, he has acidic saliva and in his breath spreads poison in the form of mist that melts anything nearby. He only fully transforms to his original form three times: during a battle with InuYasha which results in the loss of his left arm, when he meets his mother, and during the battle which eventually leads to his arm regenerating and the formation of his sword Bakusaiga.

Top 11 Hits the Negatives!! He's a Shaman?! *-04*

no order

Hao Asakura - Shaman King

Hao Asakura is the main antagonist and the ancestor, twin brother and previous incarnation of Yoh Asakura, the main protagonist. The original Asakura Hao from 500 years ago was re-incarnated in the two of them.

A powerful shaman of the Asakura clan, he strived to become Shaman King one thousand years prior to the start of the story. He had mastered all the arts and techniques of Onmyoudou, including the ability to see the future, use reishi (soul sight), command powerful spirits and allow and control the circumstances of reincarnation.

Hao had the Reishi (a form of telepathy that allows the user to see the hearts of others), but he could not control the limit of the power. Because he lived in a time of war, disease, and famine (the Heian period), he attempted to help others with his powers. However, he began to see the darker side of human nature as he discovered through his reishi that those he helped were jealous and afraid of his power, and convinced them that he was evil.

His heart became consumed with hatred for humanity and began to plot the destruction of humanity by becoming Shaman King. He believes that by doing so, the planet and other animals that humans abused would be saved. In this time, he also allowed people to worship him as god, and appears to have developed a superiority complex, regarding all other beings as his inferiors; a belief made more dangerous by his ability to back up this claim.

Hao is by far the most powerful and talented shaman who has ever lived. In his original life, he was already the strongest shaman of his day, but since learning the ways of reincarnation, he has become a truly powerful being, his strength many hundreds—perhaps many thousands—of times greater than his nearest rivals. Both the Shaman Council and his descendant's—in both the Asakura family and Silva's tribe—fear him greatly. They have sought to bar him from the Shaman tournament, but know this is impossible, in part because he distracts the brutal rival Shaman faction the X-Laws, but mainly because if they tried to stop him, they know they would have no way of winning. Being the strongest shaman, Hao has a furyoku of 1,250,000.

In some chapters in the series, the relationship between Anna and Hao, he seemed to have feelings for her apparently because he was amused by her strong powers, personality and beauty. It has been said that Anna was his type once. Although Hao states that Anna is the only person he trusts, and he was serious of telling her she will be his bride.

Mugen - Samurai Champloo

Mugen was born in a penal colony on the Ryukyu Islands (most likely Miyako Island since it was a penal colony in the past), which in the Edo period was a separate kingdom with close ties to the Satsuma domain of Japan. His name means without limitation, as the components of it are the characters for "without" and "limitation." Incidentally, he writes his name using the infinity symbol, a pun on his name, 'Mugen,' which is a homophone of the Japanese word for 'eternity'. His Japanese is quite rough and "Yanki"; and he is illiterate until later in the show. The exact date of his birth is unknown, and much of his past is shrouded in mystery. It also appears that he may be of Ainu origin, from the ****of his clothes, and Mugen himself commenting that he grew up on the same music an Ainu fugitive was playing, though the Ainu man came from the far North, and Mugen came from the far south.
Rude, lewd, vulgar, and nihilistic, Mugen is somewhat of an antihero. Some of his actions seem to represent an amorality, indicating that he operates more on instinct than anything else.
Highly unorthodox swordplay and a fighting stile based on breakdancing - dubbed "champuru kendo" and ostensibly developed by himself - taking bits and pieces from all forms of martial arts and making up the rest as he fights his opponents, make him a force to be reckoned with. An example of this being his battle with Shouryuu, as he was able to mimic and use the technique 'Hakkei' seemingly picked up in their first duel, turning the tide of the battle.

Natsu Dragonil - Fairy Tail

Natsu has a carefree and reckless nature and constantly friendly bickers with other members of the guild. He has a particularly close, and competitive, relationships with fellow members, Gray Fullbuster and Erza Scarlet. He suffers from motion sickness from all modes of transportation, including trains, boats, carriages, mobile guild halls, and even people carrying him on their back. Along with his partner, Happy, a magical cat, he is first introduced in the manga as searching for his missing foster father.

His rose colored hair, scale-skin scarf and fire magic earned him the nickname "Salamander", one which he shares with his foster father, Igneel. His strength and reputation as one of the strongest fire mages has made him one of the more prominent members of Fairy Tail. Erza states that Natsu's true power is in a slumber state and has yet to awaken. With self-belief, Natsu will one day become stronger than Erza and she has taken a sort of 'mentor' role to make sure that Natsu develops into a good, responsible mage. It has been shown that Natsu's power exponentially increases in conjunction with his emotions, evident from his fight with Eligor. During his fight against Gerard, Natsu consumed pure Aetherion in place of flames. As a result, Natsu received a immense surge of power that awakened his full Dragon-Slayer abilities. As a result of this awakening, Natsu's skin became scaly like a dragon and he was surrounded by flames. His speed and strength were so great that not even Gerard's Meteor powers could stand up to him but as one could expect, he was utterly exhausted afterward.

Top 11 Hits the Negatives!! She Flies in on a Guitar?! *-01*

I never said I would stop did I? no order.

Haruko Haruhara - FLCL

Haruko Haruhara is an energetic, spontaneous hotpink-haired girl from outer-space, and investigator for the Galactic Space Patrol Brotherhood/Stellar Fraternity. Mamimi observes that she looks at least twenty years old, though she claims to be 19. But it is impossible to know, especially since Haruko is not even human. She wears a bright red coat, black pants, white boots, and lemon chiffon colored scarf. She rides a sunglow Piaggio Vespa SS 180 and wields a navy blue, left-handed Rickenbacker bass guitar model 4001S (similar to the 4001 used by Paul McCartney, whom she mentions in episode five). The guitar has a pull-cord motor on the back, which allows Haruko to use it to fly. It can also shoot bullets, act as a rocket launcher, and is used several times to open N.O. channels. She leaves it for a more powerful, double-necked guitar (a fusion of Naota's Gibson Flying V and Atomsk's 1961 Gibson EB-0 that Naota creates while harnessing Atomsk's power) when she departs from Earth in episode six.

She becomes the Nandaba household's maid and plays on a rival team of the Mabase Martians, seemingly for extra money, but in fact to knock a satellite out of Earth's orbit with the baseballs she hits. She has also apparently had past relations with Amarao, most likely similar to her relationship with Naota. This mysterious character is the catalyst for FLCL's entire plot. She is called Haruha Raharu by Amarao; this may be another alias however. In episode 2 she claims to be a first cla$$ space patrol officer, in which she looks like an alien space angel.

Haruko has connections to the Nandaba family cat, Miu Miu. The cat serves as a "walkie talkie" to her superiors. The cat does not speak but it is obvious that Haruko is getting some kind of reply, as her conversations with Miu Miu indicate.

At the end of the manga adaptation, a character identical to Haruko appears from

Naota's forehead. She claims to be "Haruha Raharu's superior Superior Raharu" and that Haruko is on the run from the Galaxy Space Police Brotherhood. It is made obvious that it is Haruko pretending to be someone else after she kisses Naota.

The Final One Decends here it is!! Top 11 Anime Characters *00*

thats right this is the final one. This isnt my favorite but hes pretty high up there....I would like to present to you all....

Deathscythe Hell Gundam - Gundam Wing

Deathscythe is one of the five mobile suits sent to Earth as part of Operation Meteor; a plan whereby rebels would be able to weaken the controlling influence the United Earth Sphere Alliance and the Organization of the Zodiac (OZ) held over the orbital colonies. Deathscythe was launched from the cluster of orbital colonies located at the L2 Lagrange point at the beginning of the series.

Deathscythe was piloted by Duo Maxwell from the start of the series until his capture by OZ in episode 19. Duo was one of only two Gundam pilots to take their Gundams into space in episode 17, along with Chang Wufei and the Shenlong Gundam. Duo was defeated because Deathscythe was not designed for space combat, and his self-detonation device failed. The damaged suit was retrieved by OZ, studied to provide the basis of the Vayeate and Mercurius prototype mobile suits, and then destroyed as pro-OZ propaganda. The five rebel scientists responsible for building the Gundams (who are at this point captured and forced to work on the two prototype suits), retrieve the components and begin to rebuild and upgrade the Deathscythe.

The partially completed Deathscythe Hell first appears in episode 23, and is activated in episode 25, when Duo and Chang Wufei escape OZ. Deathscythe Hell is involved heavily in the fighting leading up to the conclusion of the series, is used in the manga set between Gundam Wing and Endless Waltz, and at a point prior to the OVA, is sent to Quatre Winner for disposal along with three other Gundams.

During the events of Endless Waltz, the sun-bound satellite carrying the four Gundams must be recovered. Duo and Deathscythe Hell are reunited during the third episode of the OVA, and the Gundam is used during the battle against the Mariemeia Army in Brussels. At the end of the OVA, Deathscythe Hell is destroyed by self-detonation.
